Great place for families with kids

All rooms had their own bathrooms, which was nice, and the grandkids absolutely loved the Kids Cove waterpark.

Paradise village

We loved staying here. House was really nice and clean and filled with everything we needed and more. There was plenty of space for pack and plays or beds on floors in every room and beds were comfortable. All appliances and kitchen gadgets were high quality and made cooking easy. Also everything is labeled so you knew right where everything was and where to put it back. Even the pull out beds were comfortable. Very impressed with this rental and would stay again.

Beautiful home. Carpets had quite a few stains on them. Main floor master bedroom bathroom has a broken handle on the toilet, although it was still useable.

Great location for a family getaway

The home was large and well maintained. We loved the en-suites in each room. Our favorite thing was the location. Snow Canyon is just a few minutes up the road and we had a lot of fun exploring and hiking there as a family. We also liked how Harmon’s grocery store was right around the corner. The swimming pool was really fun. The house had all the necessary amenities. Our only complaint was that the wi-fi was weak which made it hard for my husband to work from the house like he needed to do. They did leave great instructions which allowed us to hook up our Apple TV which we appreciated! All in all it was a great house! Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great Home!

There were so many rooms that everyone had their own room and bathroom. All amenities were available to us. We loved the pool and this home is close to the pool with an easy walking path behind the houses straight to the gate. It was nice to have access to the garage as well. We used our own Roku stick to watch some shows and the TVs are mounted such that you can get to the ports easily. Overall this was a great vacation and we would go back to this until again in the future.

Gone Down Hill

Reviewer Comments: Our group has stayed in this house before but I'm sad to say the house has gone downhill. Mosty small things but they add up. Some TV's needed repair person, BBO poor condition, AC has noise in attic over upstairs queen bedroom, AC hard to control (could be our inexperience), and worst of all some tub-showers were unsafe (NEED NO-SLIP ON FLOOR OF TUB). This house is very expensive and should be better maintained.

We appreciate you staying with us for the second year in a row. We loved having you. We do show here that you did indeed report each of these things and we are very grateful since most guests don't. We have had a lot of guests stay here since you stayed here last, and it has taken its toll in wear and tear. But we have shared your comments with the owner and our team, and we are addressing these issues. We do disagree though that the home has gone downhill, wear and tear is to be expected. But there is a difference between wear and tear and being neglected of the home's needs. This home has not gone downhill, it just needs a couple of upgrades which we intend to address. But some of these things take some time and approvals from the owner for us to implement. However the house was very dirty for crazy cleaning fees. Queen bedroom smelt like dog pee, dirty towels and pillows. When you walked around your feet immediately turned black. There is no cleaning being done on properties and even dished were packed away dirty. Then when emailing guest service there is no response. Hopefully they up there game or this spot will go down hill fast. I’m from Vegas and resorts are cleaner than this. No one on sight to help, staff at pool couldn’t even tell us when snack shack would be open but it was suppose to be open at 11:30. Guest service, Cleaners, staff, maintenance team need some training asap.

Thanks for staying with us Jake and providing your feedback on the home. Glad you enjoyed the water park. We have no record of you reporting any of these issues to our team during your stay or we could have easily fixed them for you. Linens should not ever be stained. We do deep cleans every other month, not between stays. For a large home like this, the cleaning fee is sizable, but not half of the cost of the entire stay, that is not accurate. Grout is always something that needs TLC considering how often the home is rented. We will inform our team and ensure those things are addressed. Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not cleaned for our arrival and there were surprises in the toilets and the kitchen especially was gross. Lots of wear on the furniture and the unit was beat up with holes in the walls, food splattered on the walls, tile in bathrooms with no grout and loose, blinds were damaged and would only partially conceal to name a few. Called and asked several times for housekeeping to come and clean but they never showed up. After calling several times I was offered a small refund and was told someone would be out to assist with cleaning and once again never saw anyone. Staff was professional and friendly on the phone but the follow through and fulfilment of their promises was empty regarding cleaning.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at places in this area(Santa Clara) for 4 years now while attending the Huntsman games. We like being so close to the ballparks, shops and grocery stores. This year we found pans that were dirty, oven and stove top that wasn’t clean! There was a problem with our reservation, and we had to leave a day earlier than we wanted. When I called asking about renting it or another place like it, I was told “unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do, and we aren’t able to do rentals for just one day”. About the time I was leaving two men who said they were plumbers came in to fix the water leak in the ceiling. They asked me if I was the one who reported the leak? It makes me wonder if we were scheduled to leave a day early so they could come in and fix the leak before the next renters for there. So next year when the 10 of us come to the Huntsman games we will be looking at other accommodations for our stay!

This time we were very disappointed mostly by the lack of cleanliness. The carpet and hard surface floors were filthy. We used Clorox wipes to wipe up the floors. The furniture was very dirty. Found a rotten apple under the couch. I called after our visit and reported our experience. It was a holiday, and the managers were out. I didn't receive a call back, so I called again. I was told I should have reported the problem and given them a chance to correct the problem while we were there and that they can’t get the floors perfectly clean. The cleaning fee was high enough to pay for a deep cleaning, which it needed. They did reimburse part of the cleaning fee which I appreciated. We won't be back to this or the other home again.

Sorry you had such a negative cleaning experience. We did try to make things right with you on the cleaning fee, but this home is wonderful and so loved by our guests. We hope to have you reconsider.

Property upkeep has been neglected

1. Arrived to stains on bedding, mattress covers and carpet (recent and tons) 2. WiFi didn’t work gave me wrong password tried calling and no one responded until another issue was reported- 2nd day got WiFi password but it was constantly disconnecting and reconnecting 3. Ping pong table broken and unable to use when kids tried 4. Towel rack fell off when we put towel on it 5. Kitchen non well stocked - been to others in community and better stocked 6. Tv Remote back kept falling off So couldn’t watch tv in room 7. Refrigerator not completely cleaned on arrival had missing shelf and Another drawer lid kept coming off 8. Patio furniture had spiders and spider webs under them..,I worried about sitting in chairs 9. Patio cushions stained and ripped 10. Banister railings were loose and needed tighter 11. Missing door stoppers thru out house and some door knob indentions 12. Stains on towels 13. Upstairs Bathroom pipe leak caused ceiling to leak water on main floor downstairs and kids slipped had to keep a towel on main floor to catch drips during stay 14. Bedroom foot was screwed in correctly and sticking out- BROKE MY BABY TOE ON IT FURST DAY!!! 15. Landscaper Blocked driveway so I couldn’t get out of driveway for an appointment had to call to get someone to move it 16.Pool bathroom near lazy river needs someone periodically cleaning it. It was horrible especially the floor 18. Oh the list for this property goes on and on. Love the resort and closeness to family and things to do. I have stayed at numerous homes in resort over past 7 years this is the first time at 24.

Alot to unpack here. We are sorry you experience so many issues. We go through every home in detail before check-in to catch any issues, but may have missed some. Such a fun Staycation!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a blast staying here! It was the perfect size for 3 families to gather! We loved going to the water park everyday and being able to walk back to the house & relax with a movie and games was the best!

Not our favorite stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our stay has been less than ideal. Our dryer hasn’t worked since we got here on Thursday. We called Friday and Saturday for someone to come fix it and although someone said they would be here they never showed after 4 phone calls. The vacuum does not work, there is no broom to sweep, no laundry detergent( yet we are required to wash two loads of towels). No one can connect to the internet service, the silverware and bowls were put back in the pantry and still had food all over them. I have stayed in Paradise Village for years now and the service has been less than ideal. I’m so dissatisfied and never leave a bad review but this stay has been unacceptable. Not to mention our check in was 4:00 and we still had to wait to check in because the cleaners were still here. We had also left a couple of pillows in the main bedroom after check out, however we were told they are not there, which I assume means they were thrown out.

Solid Rental - needs to improve Internet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as described. It's a nice, spacious rental with plenty of the standard amenities. Pool areas are fun for kids.Recommendation: Need to improve the standard internet provided. The standard network was very slow, and we were all constantly being logged out and required to log back in. This seems like "table steaks" for a rental property, and it was a bit of a hassle for us and our kids.
