Wonderful location for family reunion

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Large group with 12 adults and 7 children ages 1-10. The kitchen was well stocked, the home was roomy and the location was great. We had an issue with the floors not being cleaned very well when we arrived. Called management and they sent someone right over. It was not a convenient time for us and the worker came back and an agreed time. Grill was clean and ready to use. Back patio furniture cushions were dirty and many ripped. Some minor repair work needed in some of the bedrooms. Things we loved: every bedroom had access to its own bathroom - the noise from downstairs didn’t carry to the upstairs bedrooms - hosts were responsive to questions/concerns. Overall it was a great stay. We would book again!

This was Grand Parents Family Vacation treat to kids, and Grand kids (21 in all). Great location right across the street from water park and 8 minutes away from Tuacahn Theater to be able to attend two plays during our stay. As expected, there were some mishaps, such utensils, pickleball missing upon check in. But when notified that the Refrigerator was not working, the host responded expeditiously and had a maintenance man to repair in a reasonable amount of timeAll 21 enjoyed it, and made sure to express to us they wanted to come to same place next year. AND Do it all over again. THANKS for the Memories.

Great place!

When we arrived (15 minutes early), the cleaning crew was there. We came back at 4:00, they were gone and we let ourselves in. In looking around, we discovered that both garbage cans were overflowing full, the microwave was very dirty, and the freezer portion of the fridge was extremely dirty. We contacted maintenance and they came and emptied the garbage cans right away. Which was wonderful. My wife cleaned out the microwave and we just dealt with the freezer in the dirty condition it was in. After a few hours of being there, we realized that the icemaker did not work, however, I did not call maintenance to get it fixed as I knew we were only staying a couple nights. We went and bought bags of ice for our purposes. Great location to the swimming area, which the grandkids loved!

Great time!

Enjoyed a fun weekend girls trip with an outdoor adventure group. The home was clean and had plenty of space for everyone with 6 beds and 8 bathrooms. The hot tub was clean and the water temps were perfect. The kitchen is very sparsely stocked, but we weren't doing a lot of cooking so it worked out. The neighborhood is great and the location right across from the pool was fantastic. Easy communication with the rental company. We would stay again!

It was good. The kitchen could be a little more stocked. The master bedroom had some blood on the bed spread and top blanket. There could be some up keep inside the house. The carpet was really wore out.

Great place to stay

Great place but very dirty

We had a great time staying in this home and playing at the pool. It was a family reunion and we made lots of memories. The house was a great size and was very comfortable for our large group. The house was very dirty. We had to request to have the intake and vents cleaned as well as the ceiling fans because they were completely caked in dust. The carpets and hard floors seem to have never been cleaned and there were cockroaches everywhere! We own a pest control company and so we know that the company handling the pest management for Utah’s best is not handling the situation. We had cockroaches get inside of packages of food that were in the cupboards! When maintenance did come to the house to clean the intake and vents, they put the hose in the hot tub, left it running with the cover open, and left the house. We returned from swimming to find the water running over and flooding the backyard. We had several very young children that could have fallen in. When I reported this, no one even seemed concerned. Before arriving, I had asked about pool floats and whether or not we would need to bring some. I was told they had several. There were 5 or 6 and only one held air. There was a foot pump that took about 20 minutes to fill a tube with. Again, I brought it to the attention of management and did not receive feedback. We ended up going to Dollar Tree to buy pool noodles for everyone. Overall, we had a great time, but the cleanliness and care could definitely use some improve.

First night the upstairs a/c was broken. But they had it fixed by the next morning. The rest of the vacation was perfect. Kids loved the pool, we went every single day. Tons of sleeping room!

We didn’t want to leave!

This house was perfect for our extended family! We loved having the kids pool and lazy river RIGHT across the street. So fun!!! The kitchen was large and well stocked with everything we needed. All the extras like games and pool floats were so appreciated. One reviewer mentioned cockroaches. We didn’t see a single cockroach in the house. The only small glitch we had was with the ice maker in the freezer but management responded to the problem almost immediately and answered any other questions we had within minutes. We truly loved our time here. It went way too fast! We would love to stay here again!

Loved the location and loved the park. The house was very nice. Other than the infestation with cockroaches, it was fabulous. Not sure if I’d go there again just because of the bugs.

The very disappointing thing is that we chose this place because it had a hot tub that some others did not. The hot tub was disgusting and completely unusable. Great spot

We had a great time. Plenty of space for 30 people of all ages. Our only complaint was that the ac downstairs was out the whole time and it was work to get help with it and even then, the problem wasn’t fixed. We did not have ac downstairs the entire trip and any help we got was after 10:30 pm when children were sleeping and they needed to work in the bedrooms. Hope they fix the ac today before the next people arrive!

Great Rental for Multiple Families to Enjoy

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house was in good repair and clean. There was some noticeable wear and tear in some of the rooms and not all of the kitchen utensils where their, but the overall location was amazing. This location was at the end of a cul de sac and right across the street from the waterpark. It was also close to hop onto the trail that runs behind the homes and close to the pickleball courts. A couple of last things that we had issues with was the internet in the home, which made it difficult to watch movies together in the evenings. And it would be nice if the street parking was enforced as all of the parking on the road became frustrating and potentially dangerous with the kids.

Fun place

We had to wait for a while to check in because they were still cleaning it because the people before us trashed the place. The cleaning ladies were really nice and apologetic and we understood what they were going through. It would have been nice if there was some tin foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen.

Overall it was a nice stay, we did have problems with the units hot tub, internet connection, and teenagers staying past the closure time at the pool who were loud and behaving in a way that was unsafe. Other than that, it was wonderful!
