Chalet adosado de tres plantas en primera línea del mar con piscina privada y espectaculares vistas del mar. Está situado en la tranquila zona residencial de Es Fortí en Cala d'Or.
La planta baja consta de un salón con cocina integrada, totalmente equipada, Smart TV,WIFI y acceso directo a la piscina. Una habitación con cama queen size,baño completo y vestidor y aire acondicionado.
En el primer piso se encuentra la habitación principal con cama tamaño queen size, vestidor y baño en suite, totalmente equipado con bañera y ducha independientes. También dispone de aire acondicionado y da a un salón con espectaculares vistas al mar.
La casa dispone además de un amplio sótano con lavadora,aseo y tendedero.
Facilidad desde la casa para bajar a la cala a bañarse.


La propiedad está situada en la tranquila y exclusiva cala de Sa Galera, con fácil acceso al mar desde la casa (10 metros).
Ideal para parejas que buscan la tranquilidad.
Está a 3 minutos andando hasta el centro de Cala Egos, a 10 minutos andando del puerto deportivo y a 5 minutos en coche del centro de Cala d'Or.

El aire acondicionado sólo se puede usar hasta máximo 10horas. (Cualquier duda, por favor escribirme por interno).

Breathtaking views, spotlessly clean, wonderful villa! Excellent communication with Gaspar prior to and during our stay. We absolutely loved it here and would have no hesitation in recommending it. Portopetro and Cala D’or marina were our favourite areas to visit and dine.

Fabulous, spacious villa with the most amazing views!A lovely, quiet location in a peaceful area, only a 15 minute walk to the marina, with lots of lovely restaurants.The villa was spotlessly clean and comfortable and the pool and outside space was to die for.Hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. Also gave us lots of recommendations.Would definitely recommend.

Lovely house

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and spacious enough for two couples too stay comfortably. The location is fabulous, with incredible views. The garage is an added bonus. Gaspar was a wonderful host. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property with stunning view over the sea. Clean and well maintained infinity pool which gets the sun all day long. The villa is light, airy, spacious and cosy. The host is friendly, helpful, full of recommendations, and quick to respond to texts. Back home now but can’t stop thinking about waking up and walking out on to the terrace to feel the sun and revel in the view. We’re not telling anyone else about it because we want to keep it for ourselves

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful time! The house is amazing and very clean, the instalations are in perfect condition, and it's beautiful. The views are breathtaking! All the pictures show the house just as it is and we surely recommend it! We are definetly thinking about coming back again some time!

Fantastic stay with the family

We had a great week in this awesome house. The location is absolutely stunning. Directly located at the sea with awesome sunrises that we enjoy either from the living room or the infinity pool. The interior is modern, almost everything you would expect is available. We liked the architecture and style of the house that gives you a lot of room for a family of four. Communication with the very friendly host was easy and his recommendations for beaches and restaurants were great. In summary, a great place for a relaxed stay at the sea!

Wonderful place

Photos don’t do it justice. Outside is beautiful, right on the sea shore, great kitchen, large common areas, garage, very fast WiFi. Host is super responsive and helpful. The worst thing I could say is there isn’t much furniture, and the furniture is somewhat basic. Could do with a desk and a few more chairs. But really overall magnificent.

Exceptional Villa; 10/10

Amazing villa, with fantastic facilities, pool & of course, view. Communication with Gaspar and Marilen was excellent. Gaspar even took time to highlight some places to visit in the area which we appreciated. I cannot recommend this place enough. Snorkelling immediately outside in the sea, short drive to lots of great places (Mondrago, Portocolom, Cala Sa Nau), and a great place to come back to in a quiet location. Perfect.

Lovely villa with amazing sea views in a quiet location within walking distance of amenities.

We had a lovely week at the villa. It is in a great location, everything in the villa was nice and the host was great from answering any questions we had to recommending places to eat. We loved the location, the outside bed is lovely with sea views and you can go down the rocks and swim in the sea. The pool is great, the downstairs comfortable and all the kitchen amenities you need. For us to give it 10/10 we would have liked air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom and living area (as opposed to fans) and we didn't like Japanese style bed on the floor in the upstairs room. Other than that everything was spot on and we would def come back to Calador lovely place.

Great villa with a spectacular view

Before our stay we already had contact with the owners, so there was very easy communication. The villa was clean on the inside and is spacious. Bathtowels for the pool were provided. Great pool and a stunning view at the ocean! From the garden (climb a few rocks) you can dive in the ocean. The villa is situated in a quiet street. In the neighbourhood there are lots of holiday apartments, supermarkets and (cheap) restaurants. If you're looking for good restaurants, you can walk to the port of Cala d'or (20 minutes walk) or you can go to Porto Petro (few minutes by car). The owners of the villa are happy to give you information about nice places to visit and good restarants.

Most relaxing holiday in quite some time, in the most stunning of homes...

Gaspar & Marilen have made available to rent, their most beautiful home in Es Forti, near to Cala d'Or (walking distance). The 2 bedroom villa on a rocky promintory, with direct access to the sea for swimming (little ladder), is stunning in its location, and the house itself is light-filled, spacious and airy, with every comfort and facility laid on. A very comfortable base to just relax at, or from which to explore the local area. The nearby town of Es Forti is only a 10 minute walk, and has a large Eroski supermarket, ample bars and restaurants, as well as all the usual tourist shops. Porto Petro, Santanyi and S'Alqueria Blanca are all short drives away, with more Spanish style dining and markets, and Mandrago National Park is an absolute must for the beach lovers. Thank you both so so much for such a wonderful stay, and we will certainly be back again soon xx

Wonderful villa with a perfect view

Beautiful spacious villa with the most stunning view of the swimming pool out to the sea beyond. The view is seen from both floors of the villa. As you come out of the master bedroom there are picture windows so you are greeted with the view as soon as you get up! The villa is also very well equipped with a decent kitchen, a very comfortable sofa & dining area. We only used the master bedroom which has a dressing area & ensuite. The pool area is also well furnished with sunbeds & table & chairs shaded by a canopy. Gaspar sent us information about recommended eateries which was a huge help. Cala Egos was a very busy area. On the way to the marina there is a fabulous restaurant called Rincon de Pepe. We walked to the marina & Cala D'or & Porto Petro - all worth a visit. We hired a scooter & went to the market at Santanyi & Cala Figuera. We had an absolutely fabulous week & can't recommend the villa highly enough. Thank you Gaspar & Marilen

STUNNING VILLA WITH BREATHTAKING VIEWS

We booked a last minute week in the sun and hadn't done much research into the area. Cala Egos is a small and touristy town with a number of places to eat, mostly casual and family-oriented. The Marina at Cala D'Or is about a 15 minute walk. Santanyi is a very pretty town about a 20 min cab ride away. There's a market there twice a week and it's well worth going. More of a traditional little town and a better choice of places to eat. The brief for this trip was pure relaxation, so a lovely villa with an incredible view was just the ticket. This house more than meets expectations there. The view is gorgeous. The pool stunning and the house is wonderfully appointed with tonnes of space. We really enjoyed our stay and found the hosts to be excellent. One quick note: the downstairs bedroom only has a fan, rather than air conditioning as does the living room. The air con in the master suite was a welcome relief from the searing heat. Otherwise all perfect. Thank you.

Fantastic views!

We had a lovely week at this villa. It really is a special place. You just can’t get better views. Direct access to the sea makes it extra special. However there were just a couple of issues… on entering the property there was a very strong smell of damp. I figured it might be coming from the basement so I kept the door closed and we had lovely weather so all windows were open all week. I’m not sure how this can be resolved? We arrived when we said we would & waited for the owner to come. There was no information left, no WiFi code, no nearest shop/ restaurant etc which I found unusual because usually there’s information on local area, so we really needed him to be there. This was disappointing. We ended up heading out as we really needed to eat. Would have been so much easier for us if we knew where to go. The downstairs bedroom door was a problem, kept getting stuck on the floor & The bathroom upstairs had a very nasty smell. We didn’t let these things spoil our holiday, but do think they need seeing to.

Amazing property with amazing view

We experienced a great vacation in amazing property with an amazing view. The villa was really spacious and nicely designed and provided us real comfort. There is also a really comfortable big sofa and a partially smart big TV. You can find in the villa all the equipment and facilities that you need for the vacation. The sea view that you see from the living room on the ground floor and from the hall on the first floor and what you see as the first thing when leaving the main bedroom on the first floor is so astonishing that it is difficult to describe. The owners of the property Maria and her hasbend are really friendly and hospitable and so helpful. They also generously bought the grocery and vine for us as our arrival was planned for the late evening during the weekend. The property is located in the first line on the coast so there is direct access to the sea through the rocks in front of the villa. We did not use the swimming pool as the weather during our stay in winter was around 15°C, but it was nice that it was ready to be used if we choose to do so. The area that the property is located in is very quiet during the winter, so it is perfect for those looking relaxing and quiet place to stay in with amazing sea view. We definitely recommend the place to stay in. We are really grateful to Maria and her husband that we could stay in their villa for a few days. It was heartbreaking to leave such an amazing place.
