We had an amazing stay! The hosts were extremely easy to communicate with, the check in process was simple and flawless, and the house was comfortable and cozy. We would love to stay here again! The toilet paper was a little thin, but that’s the only “complaint” I have. And it’s a little nitpicky considering they had bidets on every toilet. Overall, the house is wonderful and well stocked!

Amazing home and location!

We would definitely recommend anyone staying here. The location is amazing and convenient. The house holds 10 people in beds. More than enough space for your family or friends.Owner's were very attentive through VRBO and was available when we messaged them with questions!Will definitely be back to stay here!

Look no further. Great rental!

This home is located in a great location close to everything. The home is very comfortable and airy. Our group of 9 had plenty Of space to spread out. The neighborhood is in the country but you are not far from the town of Monument which has great places to shop at, etc. I highly recommend this rental. The pictures don’t do It justice. You will not be disappointed.

We stayed here once and had a great experience. Now we just finished another extended stay and same story: affordable price, kind and workable host who always responds quickly to any need or question, and most importantly a clean and comfortable home. When we have another job in the area, we will first look to see if this home is available.

Enjoyed our stay in this property

quite and peaceful neighborhood. The property was perfect for us (total of 16 people) and we enjoyed every moment. Ms Kellie (property mgmt) was helpful and friendly. She lives next house and she always available anything we need. We arrived in Colorado Spring just in time of the winter storm and stayed at the house for the next day. Ms Kellie told us that we could stay for 2-3 days free extensions due to the winter storm. We were delighted about the offer and we took 1 extra day instead coz most of the guys are going back to work. Overall, We loved and enjoyed the place. Thank you again and highly recommended anyone wanted to stay in Colorado Spring. Thanks Pam, Ray and Kellie for all your help during our 7 days stay.

Lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood!!!

I took my family here for X-mas week vacation and it was amazing! My wife and I took the master bedroom (of course) which was very spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains a huge walk-in shower. I also had my newlywed son and daughter-in-law, and younger son with his girlfriend and the house was plenty big for the 6 of us adults. Beautiful home all around that accommodated us to have meals with seating either in the dinning room, or in the kitchen and still be able to interact with one another. More than enough amenities to go around which were extremely convenient. I initially wanted to stay closer to the mountains in the boonies, but the kids wanted to be closer to civilization. The neighborhood is in a wooded area with beautiful pine trees EVERYWHERE which supplemented my desire for being in the woods. I have only one minor recommendation which would be to include a bit more detail in your description listing to include the additional types of cookware (waffle maker, crock pot) you have and the general cupboard type items (spices, baggies, foil, oil, etc) that you have in the home for use. After a 13 hour drive from Texas the welcome plate of cookies were well appreciated and devoured upon entering into the home :-) Thank you so much Ray and Pam for an absolute pleasant stay and we hope you will have us again soon. The six of us were saying how much we would love to stay there again from the time we got there until the day we left.

Christmas in the Mountains!

Spacious and inviting

This location was just far enough out of the city to get away, but still conveniently accessible to where we wanted to go. My family was very comfortable staying in this home. It snowed and was extremely cold outside while we were there, but the house stayed warm and cozy.

Truly overwhelmed from our arrival to the moment we left the home.

We didn’t have a lot of time to research the area prior to our arrival, but there was really no need, we discovered, upon our arrival at night on our arrival day. Woke up the next morning, to see a wonderful Mountain View from master bedroom and a yard full of snow. The home had everything we needed to make our thanksgiving an unforgettable one, while away from home. A true blessing.

We are working snowbirds. So, we rent our house out during the "winter" months. We spend our winters in Nevada close to the Hoover Dam. We live in this home during the summer months, spending our time around the fire pit, or out in the mountains.

The natural beauty is astounding. This is Colorado! You can see Pikes Peak and Mount Herman from the whole region. An entire range of mountains invites and inspires. The proximity to the Air Force Academy and Colorado Springs is perfect. Drive up to Cripple Creek for gambling and history. Stroll through the Garden of the Gods and muse at enormous rock formations. Drive into the 14,000' mountains for skiing and snow recreation. We like this neighborhood because it is quiet and secure. All the homes are up-scale. People look out for each other, and care about the security of the area.
