This was, I think, our 5th stay at Tradewinds in the same condo. We love our visits there. We did notice low water pressure in the showers and the television didn’t seem to have as many channel options. One of the people in our party is a heavy television fan and he had difficulty navigating through the channels. Other than that we feel like Crescent Beach is the best beach we have ever been to…and we have visited many beaches. We also love watching the sunset on the intercoastal waterway. We hope to return again next summer.

This place never disappoints

I have been visiting Tradewinds since I was a child and now every year I bring my own family. The beach and pool access is fantastic. The views are beautiful. The condo was great. We didn't have any issues. We will definitely be back again next year.

Another Great Stay

This was our second stay, and we again had a great time! This trip, we brought our adult sons with us. Everyone loved the property, the stocked beach closet, and the nearness to the ocean. The property had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

Great location

The condo was perfect for our small family. Very easy access to the beach and to the dock. The place was clean. In unit washer and dryer was a nice perk as well. Nobody wants to bring home sandy clothes from the beach.

Great stay

This roomy and comfortable condo was perfect for my family. We loved the patio/condo beach views and easy beach and pool access! The condo was well equipped for all our needs. Would definitely book again!

Millionaire view

We consider Crescent Beach to be one of the best beaches in the USA. We love how broad the beach is no matter the tide. The sand is soft and silky and with the new boardwalk in place access is easy and short. I appreciate that the owners offer suggestions about restaurants or activities.

A Great Time at the Beach!

We had a great time! The condo was clean, steps away from the beach, and we weren’t crowded on the beach. This is one of the reasons I pick Crescent Beach—plenty of space. Suzy & Rick are great hosts who made sure we felt welcomed. The condo was just as described with easy access to the beach. We had plenty of room and just lazed around. It was great!!! Thank so much!

Most relaxing vacation

Myself along with my two aunts (age 58 and 69) had a great stay!!! The walk to the beach was very convenient to our room and not a difficult walk for one of my aunts whom is disabled. Felt very safe with law enforcement patrolling the beach regularly. We brought nothing but or personal belongings and was very impressed the kitchen had everything we would need for meal prep and cooking we just added the groceries! Wash and dryer inside the condo a huge plus for us!!! It really was a home away from home!! Rick and Suzy were amazing hosts and very helpful when needed!! We will definitely book with them again in the future! Thank you guys for helping our stay the a relaxing getaway from work and home life :)

Great First Floor Condo

We visited for a quick getaway for our anniversary, but this condo would be great for a family getaway as well. What I really liked was the fact that there was enough seating in the main room for ALL guests (as many as 5-6), and that this was thought through for the dining/bar area. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was wonderful, and the walk-in shower in the 2nd bath was super-easy for older knees! (There is a tub in the primary bath for those who need to bathe kiddos). The condo offered a closet filled with beach accessories including a wagon, 2 chairs, boogie boards, etc. Beach access was super-easy - you do not have to pack up your car and go down the street unless you want to - because you can get to the beach right out the back door. We loved seeing the ocean from both the main and primary suite!

Great Place

We have stayed several times in and around St. Augustine. We enjoy the town, lots to do and the beach is great. We loved this place especially because it had the space that we like and the best beach access ever!! No problems getting our stuff up and down to the beach. We had good weather and really enjoyed a nice quiet week.

Two Amazing Weeks

This was our second time staying at this property. Everything was gorgeous and amazing! Having the pool as an option was great for my wife and youngest son. The ocean was warm and fun for myself and our teenage son. The bedrooms were perfect and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook breakfast and dinner each night. The only criticisms I have are very minor. The parking lot on the side of building near our room can get a little congested. The pool closes at sundown per Florida state code (~8:20pm during our stay). Not much can be done about either of those and neither amounted to anything other than small inconveniences. Highly recommend for anyone looking to spend a relaxing week or two by the beach in Florida.

Beautiful views and quiet area

The location was great. Beautiful sandy beach to walk. Sunsets over the Matanzas River and beautiful sunrises over the ocean. Suzy and Ricky were great hosts, checking in to ensure all was good and offering advise on things to do. The resort was perfect for relaxing. Very peaceful, clean and well equipped. Would certainly stay here again.

A great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay! The condo is really nice, very comfortable and has everything you need. The views of the ocean and access to the beach are excellent! The hosts are very responsive. It is close to St. Augustine which is a fun town to explore.
