Ven y disfruta de nuestro lugar de vacaciones 2BR en Gulf Place Caribbean. El condominio es un lugar tranquilo en la planta baja. Es una unidad final con muchas ventanas y luz, y una vista panorámica desde el patio que da al lago privado con fuentes en ambos lados. El patio tiene mesas y asientos para relajarse al aire libre y está a solo unos pasos de la piscina, la bañera de hidromasaje y la parrilla de carbón. La piscina se calienta en los meses más fríos. La playa está al otro lado de la carretera costera y baja por el acceso al paseo marítimo. Está a 5 minutos a pie.

Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio principal, dos camas individuales en el segundo dormitorio; 2 literas en el pasillo y un sofá cama Queen, para que el condominio pueda dormir hasta 6 adultos y 2 pequeños. Hay 2 baños completos. La cocina es de tamaño completo con una gran despensa y está totalmente equipada. El segundo dormitorio está equipado con TV, DVD y consola de juegos para las tardes y los días lluviosos. Estacione su auto justo afuera de la puerta. Escóndete del mundo o mantente conectado con internet inalámbrico.

Si la playa no es lo tuyo o si estás listo para otra cosa, hay muchas otras actividades. 3 piscinas, 2 canchas de tenis, shuffleboard, un largo sendero para andar en bicicleta a Seaside y más allá, el campo de golf de Santa Rosa Country Club adyacente y un sendero para caminar / trotar dentro de Gulf Place son solo algunas ideas. Los "pájaros de la nieve" vienen de todas partes para disfrutar de los inviernos suaves, la piscina climatizada y las gloriosas puestas de sol.

Amazing Vacation

We had a wonderful week in Santa Rosa! This was our second time at this condo and we loved the updates the owner has done! Location is perfect; amenities are great! Truly the best vacation spot!

Amazing location!

This condo is in the perfect location! It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach with several restaurants within walking distance as well. The condo had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The first floor patio overlooks the pond and was a great place to sit and relax. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Have stayed at Gulf Place many times. Great location, easy walk to beach, walking distance to restaurants & coffee shops. Plenty of room, but needs updating. Would stay here again. Had a great week.

Perfect Location

We’ve stayed at several areas along 30A and Gulf Place is a favorite so far. The walkability was unmatched… every night we walked to a variety of different restaurants and had ice cream after! Some favorites were Sunrise Coffee, Pecan Jacks, and Papa Surf Burgers (so good we ate there twice!) We loved that this location came with private beach access right across the street and the pool and hot tub were right outside the condo door. Overall we enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Perfect family unit / resort

We loved staying here! The location was top notch. We loved that the kids could come and go easily between the pool and pond. Turtle watching was a highlight. Plenty of plates, bowls and glasses and other kitchen ammenities. There was a smaller older model crockpot that we didn't use but it is there. Could use a vegetable peeler added to the drawer. The beach (camping style ones) chairs were great to have. Unit was very clean. Communication was great! Beds were comfortable. Construction was at the back of the building and besides the initial walk up impression, didn't factor in at all on our enjoyment of the vacation. We would happily stay here again!

Great location, plenty of room

I've stayed at Gulf Place (Cabanas, Caribbean, and over the shops) several times over the years. This is a corner ground floor unit and because of that, it felt larger than the others. The master bedroom definitely felt large, which was very nice. The back patio faces the pond and it was pleasant to sit outside watching the world go by. Washer/dryer worked great. Plenty of glasses/silverware/pots and pans, although we did not cook. There were some issues with the cleaners that Jim was quick to resolve with us, communication with him was excellent.

Perfect Location

We love the easy two minute walk and access to the beach. The location is family friendly and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and coffee. The condo was perfect for our family of 7. This was our second time here. We love that there is a lake view as well as 30 second walk to the pool. Great grills right off your patio too.

Good location closer to the beach than most units on 30A

A bit dated, and could have been cleaner upon arrival. However was a nice, quiet and private unit on the end which made it peaceful. Have stayed in other units in This complex and it is a great location for adults and kids. Lots of great restaurants close by.

Spring Getaway

We loved this property! It was in a great location with more than adequate amenities. The pool and beach were steps away. Very close to our favorite restaurants. We really enjoyed the condo. It was spacious and located in a quiet and private location on the property. We plan to return !

This was a clean, well-kept, nicely decorated rental unit. The kitchen had all the appliances, utensils, and kitchenware one might need. Premises was well-supplied. Plenty of linens, towels etc. Nice neighborhood, convenient to Gulf beaches, shops, & good restaurants. Property manager was helpful & responsive.

Great location

We had an amazing time. The condo was easy to access from the beach and to/from the parking lot. We rented bikes and were able to go anywhere without getting back in the car.

Good visit to Gulf Place

We stayed at Gulf Place for the month of January. The condo is in a great location within the Gulf Place development, steps from the heated pool, warm enough even in January, and an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants on the development. The beach is literally across the road. The condo is very spacious and although we were only two it would be fine for a family of four or two couples. The patio is great and because the condo faces south you can sit out even on a colder day. This is also the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Especially important if you are there for a long stay. There are tons of towels, even beach towels, plates, glasses, pots and pans etc. Plus really thoughtful extras like note pads and pens, beach chairs and charging stations for all your electronics. Overall a very comfortable place to spend a week or a month. The only reason I did not give it a five star rating is because it needs updating. Particularly in the bathrooms.

Great location and clean but noisy and not very private

First, I truly appreciate the owner keeping our reservations instead of cancelling them like a lot of other places are doing for more money. The good: The property is in a great location and clean and the host is thorough in his explanation of what to expect and very responsive . The not so good: There were some issues with the TV not working and while Jim was very responsive and got the cable co out right away, we still didn't end up with working cable. There are no pictures of the bathrooms and I believe that is because they are extremely small. The patio is not very private. There is a walkway for other guests to use to get to the pond/pool, but it is a little confusing the way it meets and most of the time they ended up on our patio. Lastly, when the upstairs neighbors flush any toilet in their unit it is ridiculously loud, especially in the middle of the night.

Beautiful 1st floor unit

Large, wrap around porch for peacefully watching the sunrise & sunset, next to the lake. As close as you can be to the gulf without paying high-dollars for a gulf-front home rental. Very nice unit.

We enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa. The condo is a short walk to the beach and in a beautiful location. There are some things in the condo, specifically in the kitchen, that could use some updating and better cleaning. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Third time a charm!

Our first time to visit the beach in November. Beautiful, warm weather. Condo is in great location. Loved being on bottom floor, end unit. Private & convenient. Easy walk to the beach. Condo is not fancy, but very comfortable. Large closet/pantry for storing food, comfy queen bed in master, nice front porch with view of pond & sunbathing turtles. Jim was so nice to work with. He allowed us to move our dates 3 times due to a family illness. We plan to come back & bring our 3 grandchildren next time.
