•PARKING: You can park up to 3 cars on the driveway.
Please be aware there is no street parking. This is a matter of public safety and City of Kissimmee Fire Code. Vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense. To avoid possible towing, please park in your driveways.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all time and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
•THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.
•HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
•POOL HEATER: Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on the following day and that the pool may take 24 hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather.
•Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)

FAQ:
-When is trash picked up?
•Trash Collection happens on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Please place trash inside garbage bin, bin must be fully closed and trash must be bagged in garbage bags. If instructions are not followed, trash will not be collected and guest will need to take trash to the dumpster.
-Can I send mail to the property?
•USPS does not provide service in the community. UPS and FedEx will be able to deliver to your home.
-How far is this property from Disney and Universal Studios parks?
•20 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
-How many cars can I park?
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Up to 3 standard vehicles are permitted on the paved driveway area only.

STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
NO STREET PARKING is allowed at any time. This includes temporary parking for loading/unloading. Any vehicle parked on the street will be towed.
The entire vehicle must fit completely on the paved driveway. NO PART OF THE VEHICLE (TIRE, BUMPER, MIRROR) IS PERMITTED TO BLOCK OR ENCROACH UPON THE SIDEWALK, EVEN BY ONE INCH. This is an immediate towable offense.
Parking on the grass, gravel, mulch, or any landscaped area in the front, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is considered a property code violation and is an immediate towable offense.
Also, please be advised that all commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, self-propelled motor homes, motorcycles, trailers and boats shall be parked in enclosed garage at all times and cannot be parked within the Community. It will be towed at owner’s expense.
PROHIBITED VEHICLES: Commercial vehicles, RVs, motor homes, boats, and trailers must be kept in the enclosed garage at all times. They may not be parked within the Community (driveway or street) at any time.
TOWING LIABILITY:
Towing is IMMEDIATE, without warning, and costly.
We cannot intervene on your behalf. All costs, release, and retrieval of the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner/guest.
Recommendation: If you have more than 3 vehicles, you must make alternative arrangements off-site before arrival.
Please check your parked vehicle every time to ensure all tires and bumpers are clear of the sidewalk and grass.

Guest Verification Process
For the safety of our guests and properties, we require identity verification for all reservations. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link from our trusted partner, Truvi, to complete a quick verification process.
This includes:
• Uploading a valid government-issued ID
• Taking a short selfie for identity matching
The process only takes a few minutes and must be completed prior to check-in. All information is encrypted and securely handled by Truvi.
Reservations may be canceled if verification is not completed within the required timeframe.
