¡No demasiado alto, ni demasiado bajo en el edificio!

Siempre recuerde, en Canaveral Towers, no desea estar en un piso "demasiado alto" como 7, 8 o 9 porque se siente "alejado" (demasiado lejos, demasiado alto) del Océano. Tampoco desea estar en los pisos inferiores (demasiado abajo, demasiado BAJO), como en los pisos 1, 2 o 3, con Limited, Too Far Away, or No View Of The Ocean. Conociendo el edificio, esta es nuestra opinión.

Este condominio, # 402, es PERFECTO para las vistas y puedes escuchar The Ocean en el piso 4. Los pisos más altos pueden sentirse "eliminados" del océano. Los pisos inferiores pueden sentirse limitados con poca o ninguna vista. Este es perfecto en el 4to piso, ¡y es directo frente al mar!

¡Has encontrado el condominio directo frente al mar con vista a la playa y la piscina! Mira el video tour! Comenzamos una tasa baja por semana en otoño y en las semanas que bajamos a esa tasa. Most Comfortable Oceanside Condo!!

Of the last 3 oceanfront condo, all of which were nice, this condo is the most comfortable! This place feels like home. And the view ain’t bad either. lol. Loved the checkin process which was smooth and entry/exit of the condo couldn’t have been any easier. I’d stay here again in a heart beat.

Great family vacation

Had a wonderful time here. The teenagers loved the pool and immediate access to the beach. Restuarants are a short drive. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was awesome, giving everyone a little more space. I definitely recommend staying here.

Great location for us

We have been to the Canaveral/Cocoa Beach area 11 times. This location was perfect for us. All are favorite eats are nearby. Condo was neat and clean, we only ate breakfast there, but as a cook I could see the kitchen was well equipped. Hope to be back to this condo.

From the moment we arrived, we felt comfortable. The place was a perfect size, it was very clean, had a great view and assigned parking. Everything we needed was there and then some.

Beach View

This condo perfectly met all our needs! We came to hang out with family and the condo accommodated our gatherings with a fully appointed kitchen and comfortable seating. We loved the beach views from our patio every morning and evening. The beach was a short walk away and the pool was large and extremely clean. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great property. Great beach. Awkward check-in/out

The property was great, the beach was great. The only thing that we did not like was the check-in/check-out process. We had to get a Uber to pickup and drop off the key. Why so far from the property?

Very nice overall

Great location as long as you want to be afraid from restaurants, etc. parking stall included. Very clean, washer/dryer in unit. Worst thing was the bed in the master bedroom, most uncomfortable thing I have ever tried to sleep on.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location

Clean, comfortable, wonderful views, pool was about 81 - 82 degrees and spotless, Comfortable bed in master. No complaints, Manager answered our questions quickly and made sure we were comfortable. It was a bit tricky getting the key on day one. It was off site about 5 miles away and in a tiny box about 3 inches by 2 inches, outside a building Once we found The box it was easy. I would love to stay here again.

Nice property for the money

Nice location and a nce property for the money. However, it did have a few issues. The biggest issue was the internet service. Most of the time there was no service, although at times service was available for several hours. Internet issues: My devices, phone, iPad or computer would always connect to the router, but the router would only stay connected to the server for about 60 seconds and shut off.....very frustrating. Additionally, the old tube type TV in the living room should be replaced. It did work fine, but most channels are HD and it was rather fuzzy. I'd probably not recommend this unit if internet is important to your stay, otherwise it was fine.

Dining out was a breeze with a variety of good restaurants nearby, enhancing our experience without stretching our budget. The reasonable pricing of the condo itself felt like a luxury without the expense, providing value that exceeded our expectations. Fast Wi-Fi kept us connected, and the covered parking was a thoughtful convenience, adding to the ease of our stay. The proximity to a Publix Grocery Store ensured we were never far from anything we needed. In Cape Canaveral, this condo wasn't just a place to stay; it was a slice of paradise that made our family vacation memorable, blending comfort, beauty, and convenience in a location that captivated our hearts and left us yearning to return.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable

We found the Canaveral Towers property to be very clean, and well maintained. The shuffleboard area, and putting green were nice Pool was deeper than most, water was cool and even in the 90 plus degree temps. The condo was nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, and very clean The balcony had comfortable chairs, 2 little tables, and a beautiful ocean view. We did have a few issues, one being that on the day prior to arrival, we still had not received our informational check-in email. We called and left messages,sent the VRBO host a message via the app, and emailed with no response at nearly 5 pm on a Friday. When we finally received the email, it was disappointing that we had to drive to a location 30 minutes round trip ithrough Friday traffic, where we couldn’t find a parking spot large enough to park our F350 dually to pick up the condo key! Then, had to return to that location to drop the key back off prior to departure. Is there a reason the lock can’t be changed to a push button entry, or put a realtor lock box on the unit’s door?? We were happy the unit had a washer/dryer, but it was a combo unit. Even after reading the manual, we couldn’t master it. The dryer was either so hot that it shrunk our clothes, or after two hours, they were still damp. Maybe it was user error, or maybe it wasn’t working properly. Every evening the smell of pot,and cigarettes from folks smoking on their balconies was overwhelming. Didnt think that was permitted? .

Nice Unit Other problems interrupted enjoying it

The very beginning was ridiculous. We had to drive 5 miles out of our way to get the key. It was supposed to be in an alley behind a restaurant. We felt like we were committing some kind of crime. The nice manager met us and gave us the key. She said we were too early to pick it up at the designated place. Next, when we finally get in, we find out that you can’t enter the elevator on the 4th floor. You have to go downstairs to enter. If those 2 things would have been revealed to us, we would NOT have rented there. We are in pretty good shape, but I have an ankle injury and it’s difficult to walk down steps. Next, there were several times that BOTH elevators were out. On the day before our departure, we had to start packing. We had to carry EVERYTHING down 4 flights of stairs. At one point, we spoke to a lady who told us she helped her 88 year old mom to the 8th floor. We were so sick of the place by the time we left. The unit we rented was very nice. It was all the circumstances that made our visit sub par. I would like to suggest that these problems be revealed so that the renter can at least know what to expect. I will not rent there again. We heard many complaints from other tenants about the elevators. I don’t know who runs the property but someone should give them a heads up.
