FRENTE AL MAR condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños con piscina en el encantador pueblo pesquero mexicano a solo 15 minutos de Cancún. Nuestro complejo de condominios es pequeño, de propiedad y gestión familiar, con un bar en la playa y piscina. Hay más restaurantes locales e internacionales a pocos pasos de la playa hacia la ciudad. Nuestra unidad está decorada artísticamente y con buen gusto con todas las comodidades del hogar. Puede preparar su café y exprimir eléctricamente el OJ fresco mientras mira el mar.

GRAN PLAYA !! Excelente buceo, buceo, kayak y natación justo afuera de su puerta. Tenemos sombra, sillones y juguetes y juegos de playa. Completamente accesible para sillas de ruedas. Un gran lugar para niños.

Disfruta de lo mejor de Yucatán sin el ajetreo de Cancún o el tráfico de Playa del Carmen. Puerto Morelos es una ciudad totalmente única e interesante que solo permite edificios de tres pisos con manglares protegidos para que la ciudad no se desarrolle excesivamente. Ha mantenido su integridad cultural al tiempo que se adapta a una comunidad internacional.

Beach front property

We absolutely love staying at this condo. We have rented different units here over the years. This particular unit was well appropriated. Could use a deep clean.Would have appreciated a roll of paper towel and dish soap to get us started.Property manager Rodrigo was amazing and extremely attentive and available.

On the Beach

Very nice location, property is right on the beach next to Unico Beach Restaurant. Apartment was clean and beds comfortable.

Gorgeous View and perfect location

The property was lovely, the beds comfortable, the view amazing and the people unbelievably nice! Overall we loved it and would definitely stay again!! Jeremy was communicative and helped organize a driver from airport.

Great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Jeremy’s property. The location can’t be beat, steps from the beach & an easy walk to the plaza in town. You can either walk to the main plaza on the beachside, which has beach clubs along the way, or the street side which, within a couple blocks you’re at restaurants & shops. The unit itself is very nice & has an incredible view. It’s tidy, but to be honest could use a deep clean & the water pressure leaves alot to be desired..but neither stopped us from enjoying our stay. It’s in a lovely complex, with very quiet neighbours & all in all a beautiful place. We would book again.

Great condo in super location

This Condo has access to the pool and beach within a few steps. The view was lovely. The condo was spacious enough for the 4 of us. Kitchen was adequate for our needs. Air con good. It is in a good location by 2 beach club/bars and near the less busier end of PM. We would stay again.

Casita Blanca...a hidden gem!

Our stay at Casita Blanca was wonderful. The grounds are impeccably maintained, the pool area was gorgeous, and the private beach area was about 100 steps from our condo. We walked out from the condo to a magical oasis. It was quiet and we could be out in the sun or in the shade under the numerous palapas. It was a short walk into town, and we loved having several beach clubs right next door to enjoy a cold drink and lunch. The breeze coming through the condo was wonderful-no need for air conditioning. We will most definitely return!

Great Stay!

Jeremy was great about communicating and helping with any questions. The location of the place was easy for our driving service to find, and it couldn’t have been a better spot on the beach. The complex was very quiet, well kept, and the beach area was perfect for relaxing. The condo was very cute! Some cons; The shower in the spare bathroom never got cold no matter what handle we turned on and how long we left it on. The shower in the master would get warm after a little bit. The on site property manager was working and so wasn’t super responsive to WhatsApp messages so it was easy to ask for things like more water in person when you saw him maintaining the property. There are a few updates that could be made to make the condo look a little more put together but absolutely nothing that affects the function or your stay. Overall we loved it and are hoping to come back!

I would do it again, but…

As guests our experience was pleasant. I can only review the unit I stayed in. I understand that the units are individually owned. The location was pleasant and quiet with just a few steps to the beach. There are a couple of pieces of advice for the owner. This doesn’t change my star rating, but if I stay at the same unit and nothing is changed, then I would downgrade. Things to fix in the unit I stayed in: water pressure at the kitchen faucet. Showers did not have hot water, it was room temperature at best. And the master bedroom mini spit needs to be serviced. It did not produce cold air. The building manager came and reset it once, but it stopped working again. Can’t call the manager over and over for the same reason. Fortunately the weather was excellent and the room fan was sufficient for this stay. So, I can’t say I had a bad experience. However, these details need to be fixed. I’m still at 5 stars, because perhaps nobody has mentioned it. Lastly, The unit I stayed in definitely needs some furniture and decor. The one futon and one table were too minimal in the living/dining area. And it could use a bigger tv. But at a vacation spot sometimes tv is not a priority. We had a sick kiddo that had to stay indoors and the tv experience was mid. Anyways, you have a great thing going, but you do need to put some TLC into the unit to ensure a pleasant stay for your guests. I hope t come back again soon.

Amazing Location!

Can’t beat the location of this condo! Walk out to the pool deck and just steps away from the ocean and huge beach. Swimming and snorkelling right from the property. Great location being just a 10 minute beach stroll to the main square or a super cheap cab ride. Close to fantastic restaurants and friendly onsite manager always ready to offer suggestions!

Great vacation

Site was perfect, site manager Roberto, was amazing. Condo as advertized and well furnished and beautifull location. That was our 2nd time at Casita Blanca. We'll be back.

Family Getaway

We were lucky enough to spend a month here. The location directly on the beach and access to the pool was perfect for our family consisting of a 8 month old and 3 year old. It is about a 15 minute walk or under $2 cab ride into town were all the restaurants are located. The beds were very comfortable and they provided us soaps for showering and doing dishes. I wish there was a little bit more detail in cleaning. There was spider webs under the toaster and certain untouched places throughout the house. There seemed to be an issue with ants in the kitchen and master bathroom. This would not stop us from staying here again, nothing is perfect! Check in and check out process was flawless. The property manager Roberto was AMAZING. I unfortunately, I got sick and he guided me in the middle of the night to find medical care. Once I arrived at the clinic he showed up! I almost cried because I was by myself and my throat was closing and he was there to support me. We look forward to returning to in the future!

Perfect Location Great Price

We were pleasantly surprised after coming from Cozumel to Puerto Morelos. The condo is right on the beach, well equipped . Roberto, the manager was brilliant, to the point of giving a great helping hand with my broken down car. Pto Morelos is a fantastic beach with lots of personality and non of the big tourism drawbacks.

The perfect destination!

Jeremy’s 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 5. It had all the basics we needed (very thankful for the endless fresh water jugs) and couldn’t have been in a better location within Casita Blanca. We loved being able to walk right out to the pool and beach! The view from the living room and patio were amazing. The hammock was occupied a lot during our trip! This condo was a great launching off point- we enjoyed the walk to town via the beach and the street. We spent time at the Diving Lodge Downtown (Jesus was the greatest!) right next door which had a fun atmosphere. We felt very safe and comfortable the whole time. The condo was quiet at nights and the other people staying in the complex were friendly. Roberto answered any questions we had promptly. Jeremy was very flexible with us checking in and checking out- even last minute when our plane home was delayed by hours. We would recommend Casita Blanca and Jeremy’s condo 100%. We are so glad we booked with Jeremy and feel that we had a truly authentic Mexican experience staying at his place and exploring PM and the surrounding areas. Thank you!!!

Great condo on the Beach

Great little condo on the beach. About a 6 block walk into town, not bad at all. We met others staying at condo's, some multi time folks and some new like us, they were all very friendly. Love the pool and the fact that our snorkel boat came right to us to pick us up to go to reef. Only thing is, if your used to a king bed, the one here is a full size :) I would rent again if and when in the area.

Good spot on a lovely quiet section of beach

This unit is in a great location right next to a lovely pool and steps from the beach. We enjoyed the beach chairs and palapas reserved for guests of Casita Blanca. Unico Beach bar next door has delicious food and a fun atmosphere. The stroll along the beach to town and shops/restaurants takes about 10 minutes. We loved the location because the beach is less busy and you can still get to all the action when you want. Overall, I recommend this place if you are looking for a simple, budget-friendly accommodation.

Casita Blanca if a beautiful and convenient place to stay in Puerto Morelos

This condo in Casita Blanca is lovely and convenient. It is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs to climb, and allowed us to entertain a visitor in a wheelchair one day. Since we stayed here last year, we very much appreciated the remodeled kitchen, living room and master bedroom. This is a perfect vacation spot for singles, couples or families, with a pool and ocean in which to swim, a beautiful beach to walk, a restaurant for lunch next door and many in town, just a 10 minute walk or short cab drive away. Boats are available to take you to the barrier reef for snorkeling, or other activities, and buses and cabs can take you to the many sites to see nearby, such as the Mayan ruins and cenotes. And the sunrises are spectacular!

Only steps away from the beautiful Caribbean!

Casita Blanca is a lovely condo complex that is well maintained, with Palapa Umbrella Tables available for use by those who enjoy relaxing in the shade while looking out at the sea, sandy beaches to walk, a great restaurant next door and many more in town, which is only a short, 10 or 15 minute walk away. This particular property, Unit A2, proved to be very convenient, as it was on the ground floor (thus avoiding having to drag suitcases up stairways), had a nice patio from which one could sit and view the activities taking place on the beach and the sea, such as the Kite Surfers on a windy day. With one large bedroom with a Queen size bed and smaller bedroom with twin beds, and 2 bathrooms, it suited my friend and I, as we each wanted our own room. The small kitchen area served our needs quite adequately, and provided a sufficient amount of glasses, dishes and cooking utensils. When we found that there was problem with the coffee pot, we informed the owner, and it was replaced by the manager within hours. Because of the great location of this condo, my friend I have already reserved it for next year at this time, as seems the ideal time to be away from the snow and cold in the Midwest! And watching the full moon rise over the sea in January is worth the trip!!
