Gorgeous views to accompany this modern and clean apartment in the heart of downtown. Beds were comfortable, and everything was updated. Very spacious and easy to walk around downtown.

The property is very nice and spacious, and conveniently located on Main Street. The parking is on street so finding a place convenient to unload luggage on check in is hit or miss. Instructions were clear and complete answering most any question during the stay. Allow time on check out to cover all the checkout requirements. This is probably one of the nicest places to stay in downtown Waynesville. Would definitely come back.

Wonderful location and very clean. We liked open floor plan and modern updates . Guest must be able to climb stairs. Although there were 25 steps they were wide and not too steep so had no problem getting luggage up and down. Guest information and checkin/checkout instruction sheets covered everything we needed to know during stay. Nice to have guest basket with snacks and coffee pods/creamers/sugars. Tissue box in bathrooms would be a nice add. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking/eating. Very nice quality bedding and towels, loved the dark colored makeup washcloth. One note. the bed pillows were too thick and firm. Living room furniture was comfortable for relaxing after a fun day of shopping and/or exploring around Waynesville. Would recommend additional lamps for evening or have ability to dim can lights. Overall, a great vacation rental and will definitely stay here again,

Wonderful place! great location in downtown Waynesville. Walk to many stores, coffee, drinks, food. The place is large and comfortable. The only thing I'd add is some hangers in the closets :-). Great big walk-in closets, but a few hangers would finish it off. The kitchen was well supplied and the bathrooms large with lots of counterspace and big walk-in showers. Highly recommend.

Property was very nice and in a great location, however, I was traveling with my elderly father and the very steep entrance steps were quite a challenge for him. It was also confusing about where to access the property as I thought there was a back entrance with the parking. Then there was the issue of no running water when we finally got into the property. It was resolved in a few hours after contacting the property manager, seems the city cut the water off to that unit. I really like the condition of the property, it was very updated and quite comfortable.

Beautiful apartment, open, loft style. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. Parking was behind the building or on the street in front, the unit is on the second floor and only accessible by a large set of stairs. I enjoyed my stay, being on the Main Street was great for a quick outing plenty of fun shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Really enjoyed stay. Great condo and location. Directly on the Main street. Many restaurants, bars, and stores to walk to.

Lovely apartment perfect location

The location of the apartment was perfect! Easy walk to the restaurants and shops on Main Street. The apartment itself was spacious and just well kept. Will stay there again next time I am in the area!
