The Surf Dweller is an excellent location with a beautiful view of the Gulf and convenient to restaurants and stores. Our condo was well furnished and clean.

Great Getaway

Third time vacationing in the area. First time in this unit. Amenities were nice, updated, clean and bright. The additional perks were appreciated (chair service on the beach each day)!

Beautiful, clean condo

We loved the location. Immediately opening the front door, you have an amazing view of the ocean. This area of beach is significantly less congested than the locations closer to the pier. 703 was very clean and decorated exactly as images show. Relaxing vacation.

From the balcony you can wake up to the most gorgeous sunrise & in the evening you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets on the island! The accommodations are just as fabulous. This condo isn't "cluttered" like most condos. We love the clean feel as you walk into the unit. The owners have done a great job, thank you for allowing us to stay in your heaven away from home. We have enjoyed staying here the past 3 years.

The staff was very helpful and had the problem fixed in no time. The only complaint was the house dirty. We found something all over the wall in one of the bedrooms that we had to clean up and there was dust all over the counters and dressers. We found hair balls on the floor. Other than those issues everything else was great.

However we did not have air conditioning all week the thermostat ever reached below 77 degrees. We had 4 women in there all menopausal. It was miserable. 4 times maintenance had to make appt with us to see what the problem was and we’re never able to fix it.

We were so thrilled with the entire layout! there was room to move around and it wasn't cluttered like some places we have stayed! The modern style was Awesome! Being on the top floor was amazing, you could see everything & enjoy the ocean! We had perfect weather for being January, the temps were in the high 60's but on the balcony it was much warmer. GREAT! We love the planes & copters from Elgin flying over, we miss the sound of them not to mention the ocean! This is our new favorite place to stay. We will be back next year for sure!

Awesome Location

Loved the property and the location. The only hiccup was with the guy in charge of the chairs on the beach. He made me move my stuff and told me the chairs were reserved. I gave him my last name and unit number but he didn't care. When I asked since the chairs were put out for guests to use, how could I reserve my two. He told me I was nosy and I could find chairs down at the end of the row set up for the building. I didn't think that was nice at all and certainly NOT the service I was used to over the last several years of being there. I do like the property and will likely return but hopefully, to a nicer beach guy.

Beautiful condo with issues

Internet and tv in one bedroom didn't work for first three days because wifi code was not conveyed properly, address was not recognizable by GPS and we were repeatedly directed to the wrong location, shelving unit fell off the wall in the middle of the night, clothes dryer failed and gave of a burned acrid smell, dryer was not usable for last half of our stay Too expensive to have this many problems. Too many calls to resolve problems altered the enjoyment of this rental. I wouldn't choose this unit again.
