Our stay was wonderful!!! Enough room everyone and the top floor was such a bonus. Beds were all extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was amazingly cool at all times. Megan was great to work with and super responsive! Location was great and the house had everything we needed for family dinners and family beach days!

We had a fabulous vacation! The house is very comfortable and has absolutely everything you'll need for a great family beach vacation. The location is Perfect! 1 block to the beach! The hosts are outstanding--truly the best. They were super helpful, thoughtful, and kind. We would stay there again for sure! Highly recommend this rental!!

Beautiful, well appointed home on beach block in Ocean City. Centrally located to all the boardwalk has to offer. Great place for a family vacation. Owner of the property could not have made the process any easier. Very responsive. I highly recommend staying here.

Great beach stay!

We loved our stay at this beach house. Check-in and communication with Megan was easy and hassle-free. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it came with beach tags and plenty of beach gear. Lots of nice touches throughout—quality memory foam pillows, upgraded shower heads, retractable screens and comfortable furniture on the porch, and plenty of hooks for hanging up towels. Location was also very convenient. It was an easy walk to the boardwalk, beach, and shops, but never felt too loud or busy. Overall, a great stay!

This was our first stay in Ocean City with our two grown daughters and their families. The two upper floors were perfect for our needs. The upper floor held two adults, a 3 year old and an infant who is still not sleeping through the night. Perfect set up and with their own deck. The main floor with 3 bedrooms was great with the Main suite and private bath and two bedrooms for 3 kids and our 3rd couple. The kitchen and sitting area was super comfortable with plenty of seating. The AC was amazing after days on the beach and boards. It worked extremely well. The front porch was also a great spot to relax and have the kids do activities on the large table w/ chairs. Some other highlights were the outdoor enclosed shower with a hose available also. the garage parking spot and one additional driveway spot were great. Storage space in garage for beach stuff was plenty large and available beach cart and boogie boards were a plus. The walk to beach/boardwalk is under 5 minutes which was huge given our 5 under 6 year olds. So many of Ocean City's top attractions are nearby. The beach at 7th street was very short at our time of visit and also partially the surfers beach but the beach a street or two over was much larger. They were working to replenish the beaches during our stay but not yet up to 7th. Megan the host was incredible to work with and very generous with check in and the use of the elevator to load in. We would definitely recommend this home for rental.

The host Megan was lovely to work with and very communicative. The house was perfect for our multi-generational group. It was so close to the boardwalk and comes with two parking spots. Note the property does not come with linens. Megan was helpful in getting these rented. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

Clean, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space and TV's for 10 of us. Loved being a 4 minute walk from the boardwalk and within walking distance from the Acme at 8th and West. We've been going to Ocean City for decades and this is one of the nicest places we have stayed. the whole family loved it.

A WEEK AT THE BEACH

The house was an ideal setting for family and friends. Just a walk to the beach and boardwalk without having to cross streets is an ideal location. The second floor porch was a great place to have that morning coffee or evening conversation.

Ideal Everything!

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City this year, thanks in large part to this beautiful home! The home was spacious, clean, and the location was perfect for walking to the beach, boardwalk, Castaway Cove (for rides), and Gillians (for rides) almost daily. They had so much beach gear that we truly did not need to bring a single beach chair for any of us! Megan was extremely responsive before, during, and after we stayed there. We have been visiting OCNJ for the last 8 years, each time staying in a different house. This was, by far, our favorite house for our family of 5 with grandparents coming to visit us also. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!
