Perfect Palm Springs Christmas

Great Time with Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed with my 77-year old mom, my sister and my two girls. Despite the heat, we had a great time because of the pool, spacious living area, kitchen and rooms. Each room had a ceiling fan, a shower gown, and TV. Each bathroom had a plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body shower gel, and make up remover. The plates and bowls are from Crate and Barrel. Pets are allowed but didn’t smell like it at all. The pool and hot pool are clean and had a plenty of games. Craig was very knowledgeable and professional. The only reason I gave 4 for the cleanness is because there were some bugs in the house, which may have been a common thing during the summer and in the desert (?).

Place matched pictures. Wear and tear starting to show on walls and small things here and there. Outside cushions were pretty bird stained and needed to hose off everything. House contents were amazing from dishes to labeling of everything (best house ever relative to this). More supplies than other houses we rented like hand soap, dish soap, TP, etc. really excelllently stocked. Would come back again and recommend.

The back king bedroom has the bed up against a wall that is shared by a bathroom. You can hear whoever is in the bathroom as the wall must have no insulation. Also would have the step-off slabs in the yard marked with some reflective tape as they are dangerous if you are not paying attention. The outdoor shower was a plus! Loved that! There were plenty of thick bath towels too. Jacuzzi heats up fast.

Best Pet-Friendly PS Property

My group of seven had an incredible stay at the "PS Wag" house over the holiday weekend. The house is well equipped with anything and everything you'll need for a few days in the desert. Beds are comfy, plenty of towels throughout, and kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, serving plates, etc. There are even games available, in case you'd prefer a quiet night in. Even though the house is close to the airport, you very rarely notice any planes. It's a nice, quiet street, but still close enough to anything you need. And it's very pet-friendly, which is evident in the artwork/decor throughout the house. We did have a couple minor issues after checking in, but the property management team responded immediately and had everything back in around within an hour. Amazing customer service all around.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3rd time we visited the house. The place needs a cleaning. Attention to detail just wasn't there this time. Love the house but it needs to be inspected thoroughly before handing the keys over

High Price for an OK House

We stayed at the PS Wag House for 10 days with our family over Christmas and I wish I could write a more complimentary review. We were disappointed with the overall quality of the house and the upkeep of the yard and landscaping was not what the pictures reflected. The house has some wear and tear and needs some TLC. When we arrived, the heater on the pool was broken and the hedge was 4ft higher than the pictures and was towering over the pool and blocking the view. The property management company was very quick to remedy the situation, but I shouldn’t have had to call in the first place. The owners wrote a nice note and bought us a bottle of champagne, but for the price we paid for the house, I feel disappointed. In contrast, our friends rented a similar 4br house on the same street during the same time and it was immaculate and they didn’t have any of the issues we encountered.

Our grandsons (5 & 2) had a great time swimming in the pool! We were close to everything. We rode the Aerial Tramway - it was a group favorite! We also went to the Joshua Tree and did some hiking! I couldn't have found a better area and home to spend my 70th birthday with my family in!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property for several reasons, one being it had the number of Bedrooms that we thought we needed at the time. It turns out that we had some family members who were unable to attend, but we really loved the house and the pool regardless. The orientation of the house and hedges allows for the pool to be about 70% shaded most of the day, so you can be in the sun or the shade while enjoying the pool. Kitchen was great and the outdoor BBQ was very useful when you don't want to use the oven inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location to downtown Palm Springs and airport. We mostly hung around the house and enjoyed the ambiance of all the amenities PS Wag had to offer. The four star given for condition below was due to dull kitchen knives and palm tree fronds blocking half of firepit seating but we just pulled chairs to sit. Great house and I would stay here again😁

A perfect retreat

My friends and I stayed four nights. It was kitschy, comfortable, clean, up-to-date, and very relaxing. We loved the pool and hot tub, the well-appointed kitchen, and the ease of location. Can't wait to come back!

A dream vacation

From start to finish renting this home has been a dream. Excellent communication from start to finish and so much information available at your fingertips on site. Staying in one of Palm Springs classic mid century modern homes has been on my bucket list and this home had everything we needed and so much more.

Wonderful Palm Springs Vacation

Our family of four including two children, ages 5 and 10, had a very nice week at PS Wags in June. The house decor is really well done with the dog theme. The salt water pool and hot tub were great! We spent almost every day just hanging out in the pool. We only used the three bedrooms that lined the hallway on one side of the house. The fourth bedroom gets hotter because of the wall that it is on (from the PS heat) so that could be a problem for someone that needs a cooler room to sleep. It has HVAC like the rest of the house, contrary to another review, but just doesn’t stay as cool. The property management company consists of several people and working with them was really seamless. They are very good at communicating and I would recommend their company.

Stagecoach visit

Our house was perfect for our family and friends trip. It is very well organized and had all the amenities for cooking that anyone would ever need. The backyard was set up beautifully and felt very private. Perfect location to the airport and quick access to the freeway.

Beautiful home!!

This home was very amazing! It was spacious and clean. It pretty much had everything we needed from towels and pool toys to cooking utensils! Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very accessible. We had a small issue during the week and someone was over to take care of it within 15 minutes! Very impressive! Kudos to Relax PS!!

Amazing home and best host!

The home is gorgeous! Just like the pictures! Host was beyond accommodating, always prompt if we needed something. Location, 5 min drive to downtown, less than 2 miles from the airport. Only thing we weren’t aware of is one of the rooms seemed to be a conversion and had a loud portable ac/fan unit.

Great property

House was exactly as described, perfectly clean and equipment in the kitchen was surprisingly high quality for a holiday rental. We didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to communicate much with the people managing the property. Weather was extremely hot but yard had plenty of shade and the pool is a great size. Property seems slightly better suited for adults but we were with 3 young kids (1-3 years old) and was perfectly safe for them and they all loved it, we just had to bring out own booster seats, pack n play etc
