This modern holiday home is ideal for a relaxed and comfortable stay in Queenstown. Just a short drive from the CBD and two ski areas, it’s the perfect pad for exploring everything the town has to offer.



FEATURES

Located in a quiet neighbourhood less than five minutes’ drive from the Queenstown CBD, this newly built modern home was designed by Hub Design and comes with all the mod cons.



Remarkable Lake View sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have a beautifully tiled en suite bathroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and two equally beautifully finished bathrooms. All four bedrooms have a wall mounted TV. Take in the mountain air from the balconies in the upper bedrooms or enjoy courtyard access from the lower bedrooms.



Boasting great views of Lake Wakatipu and Cecil Peak, the open plan living area has plenty of space to convene after a busy day skiing or exploring the town. Keep entertained with Apple TV and Netflix on the wide-screen TV, or tuck into a group meal at the large dining table. The well-appointed kitchen makes cooking easy with all the necessities and mod cons including a blender, toastie maker and Nespresso coffee machine.



The décor throughout is clean and modern, with original art by well-known local artists.



Enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountains on the front-facing balcony, which is complete with a heater and BBQ.



The home is heated with a heat pump and there’s a good-sized utility room with a washing machine, dryer and room to dry off your ski boots. The property also has a double garage.

Nestled high on the hill to enjoy the view the townhouse gave you a relaxed vibe whilst being close to town. Big garage easily fitting 2 vehicles. Comfortable beds and an easy living arrangement providing privacy. Will stay again.

Great property for a family stay

We stayed at this property for 6 nights and it was perfect to accommodate a large family of teenagers. Everyone had their own space, full laundry facilities, three bathrooms and breathtaking views. Close to town and amenities. Would 100% stay here again.

Remarkable Lake View

Lovely 3 story town house close to all the action in Queenstown. The 1 bedroom had a king bed the other 3 had queen beds. 2 rooms shared bathroom on the second level and the main and second room had ensuites on the 3 level. Nice BBQ for cooking. The kitchen was missing a potato peeler and needed some non stick utensils to use on the inside frypan, but had everything else we needed. From what I understand the house recently change property managers, so I received an email confirming the booking and stating the old property manager would be in touch. I then rang the day before to get access details and check on check in time, to be informed she retired 6 months ago. I left a message with her and also emailed the host online (who only takes the booking and someone else manages access), and finally got an email late the night before access with check in details. We had to hunt for book inside with all the site information, up on a shelf in the kitchen but it also had the wrong contact information. Other than the check in process I would recommend the house.

Avoid using this company

The house/property was modern and spacious, however from there the issues amount. On trying to check in, we had no instructions, no replies to emails sent. The driveway is so steep from the road, small cars get stuck and there's heaps of gouges in the road and driveway. The heatpump filters were chocked solid with dust, the vacuum cleaner, the same. Table mats had food stains, the dishwasher leaks, the shower leaks onto the floor, the wifi keeps dropping out. The "point of contact" was stated as "living on site", but this was not true. The beds are kings, but this has a hard centre line that separates couples.

Pleasant stay - featuring acouple of lowlights.

Beautiful views from the balcony with a easy back road route into Queenstown to avoid traffic. Home is well presented with everything needed unfortunately there's a few things that may need some attention prior to next guests arrival. Gas bottles for both outdoor heaters were empty upon arrival. Fan was broken in the oven which didn't make it very user friendly. All of the heatpump filters requiring cleaning before use. Shower in one of the upstairs bathrooms leaked water dramatically. Property managers number in emails prior to arrival was disconnected when trying to make contact regarding arrival time. Vacum Cleaner is horrible, barely any suction. Biscuits left underneath the couch from prior guests. Hopefully our constructive feedback will be taken on board for feature guests use of this property

An incredible home, but poor communication

This was a lovely property in a great location. We had access to the internal garage which was wonderful in the icy weather. The home was very clean, and its amenities wonderful. There is only ONE room with a King bed which is not what is advertised, the rest of the bedroom have QUEEN beds NOT King. The bathrooms are beautiful with under floor heating and linen and towels are plush and lovely (the throw at the end of the beds are not washed well as all of them had terrible staining so we took ours off). I would've given this place a much higher rating if not for the terrible communication from the property managers. Whilst their messages were friendly, it took over a week for them to response. No response to texts or calls, only when I complained in writing did I get a response via email. I would hate to think what would happen if someone needed an urgent response from them during the stay, thankfully we didn't. Would I stay again? YES but only if communication improves.

A full page of money specified house rules won’t make a comfortable stay

Was really cautious about not damaging anything in the property to avoid a big fine, but still acused for the damage we didn’t make with a massive invoice to pay. Not good, definitely never again.
