Hospitality in the Details

The owner's touches go past the remodel. Coffee pods come stocked for the Keurig (a traditional coffee maker stands by as well), the kitchen is equipped for a gourmet cook, and a large dining table seats eight — so even at full occupancy of six, there's room to host the cousins from down the beach for dinner. Two queen bedrooms, each with a TV, plus a queen sleeper sofa under the wall-mounted Smart TV in the living area round out the sleeping arrangements, and books, games, and puzzles cover the rainy afternoons.
Outside, Polywood table and chairs turn the private balcony into an ocean-view dining room — keep an eye out for dolphins between courses. A washer and dryer and Wi-Fi handle the rest.
