Sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise and smelling the salt air or enjoying the Thursday night fireworks on the deck (2 chairs) outside this 400 sq. ft. air conditioned studio condo with ocean views.  This rental will sleep up to 4 people and has a 3/4 bath (with shower) and no tub. A short walk of 100 feet from the condo will place your feet in the sand for a relaxing day at the beach. This quiet part of Old Orchard Beach is only 1 mile north of the village, The Pier and amusements.

This studio rental comes with twin beds that may be placed together, a brand new queen futon, High-Definition flat screen TV with basic cable, I-pod dock station with a clock radio, Wi-Fi, blender, heated outdoor swimming pool, gas grills, bike racks, coin-operated washers and dryers in laundry room and parking for 2 vehicles. There is a strict no pet, no candle and no smoking policy in force at all times in this unit by The Condo Association. This summertime rental is for a minimum of 1 week with the rental period starting on Saturday afternoon at 3:00 pm and concluding the following Saturday morning by 10:00 am.
