El encantador y lujoso Clairette es un brillante apartamento de un dormitorio con ventanas francesas de piso a techo en la sala de estar y el comedor que ofrecen hermosas vistas parisinas, con la Torre Eiffel elevándose sobre los tejados del codiciado distrito 7e.

Gracias al DOBLE LIVING AREA, con una mitad que recuerda a una biblioteca con grandes sillones frente a la chimenea y la otra mitad con un sofá largo (que se convierte en dos camas individuales), la Clairette puede alojar cómodamente hasta 4 personas.

LA COCINA está bien equipada, con lavavajillas, estufa de dos quemadores, horno de convección, microondas, refrigerador con congelador y está totalmente equipada con una cafetera Nespresso, así como una cafetera de goteo y una tostadora. También encontrará todas las ollas, sartenes, utensilios, cubiertos, platos y cristalería que necesita para sentirse como en casa.

THE BEDROOM es muy bonito y cuenta con una cama queen extra ancha (180x200cm), una pared de armarios, un televisor de pantalla plana y ventanas francesas que se abren a un patio interior.

El BAÑO cuenta con una gran ducha, fregadero y gabinete modernos, inodoro y toallero eléctrico.

Dos potentes unidades móviles de A / C enfrían el apartamento maravillosamente en el verano, mientras que la CALEFACCIÓN CENTRAL lo mantendrá calentito durante los meses más fríos.

Ubicado a pocas cuadras de la Torre Eiffel, en el histórico y arquitectónico séptimo distrito de la margen izquierda. El 7 también es el hogar de lugares parisinos imperdibles como el Museo D'Orsay, el Museo Rodin, la Tumba e Inválidos de Napoleón, el Museo del Ejército y los excepcionales grandes almacenes Le Bon Marche. Los recorridos en autobús por París, los recorridos en barco, los recorridos en bicicleta y en segway, los paseos por París e incluso el recorrido por las alcantarillas de París son de fácil acceso.

Lovely little apartment in great location

We loved our stay at the Clairette apartment! There is a large grocery store just down the street and plenty of boutiques, cafes and wine shops very closeby. Perfect location! The apartment itself was well-appointed and fairly quiet. Only suggestion is that the chairs in the apartment are pretty uncomfortable, but we didn't do much sitting. Would definitely return!

This was Paris Perfect for us. Everything we needed within a short walk.

Well located. Convenient to Christian Constant restaurants. Good bakery, butcher, grocery. Busy corner but quite because 4th floor, enjoyed the activity below. Stretch to see the Eiffel but could at left. Convenient to public transportation and taxi stand across street. Skip the corner restaurants below you, overpriced and we skipped them. A short walk to much better more reasonable restaurants frequented by neighborhood. This apartment cozy, has everything, very secure.

Nice apartment with a few issues

Clairette is a clean, small, nicely furnished apartment. It’s in a good location. Three adults fit well, four would be too much. You have a view of the Eiffel Tower if you open a window and lean out a bit. It is not visible from the inside or with closed windows. The apartment was very clean, but the hallways of the building smelled like garbage at times and were not kept very clean. When I had two smaller issues the office was extremely helpful. But when I had a more difficult problem - not enough hot water - they dropped the ball and did not ultimately respond to fix the problem. They told me there should be enough hot water for two people, but some days only one person had enough in the shower. They told me to space our showers apart (not always possible with early morning tours scheduled) but it didn’t seem to help because it really seemed to depend on the water usage throughout the building each day. I think the cost of the apartment is high for not providing enough hot water for bathing, but if they corrected the problem I think it would be a better price point. I also think they should be honest about this problem in the listing so you can make your own decision about it. So I enjoyed the apartment, with a few reservations. I would not chose to stay again unless the water problem was fixed.

Paris 7th apartment near Champ de Mars

My wife Helen and I enjoyed 3 weeks in Paris over Christmas and New Year 2017 staying in Clairette. The apartment was perfect for us - great location and enabled us to enjoy the wonderful local produce available from Rue Cler and Rue Saint-Domenique. It is also located close to Champ de Mars buses which was great. The facilities in the apartment were perfect including washing machine and dryer. Paris Perfect did a great job providing information about basically everything! From local restaurants, transport (we loved the buses), sights to see etc. Unfortunately PP weren't able to prevent some fairly dreary Paris winter weather but regardless we had a fabulous time. We would definitely recommend PP and Clairette.

great stay in Pouilly and Clairette ( Paris Perfect )

“Although we were disappointed not to be staying in Pastis, which I originally paid for, and because of a shower issue there, we were put in Pouilly and Clairette for our 9 days in Paris. we did enjoy staying in the two other apartments. It was unfortunate that we had to pack up and move after the first 5 days..... all that being said, as a travel consultant, I would recommend Paris Perfect to my clients. The staff was most helpful in helping us get settled in each apartment. I do hope on our next visit using Paris Perfect that we can stay in one apartment. ”

“We stayed in the Clairette apartment for our first trip to Paris. The location was perfect - close the the Eiffel Tower (incredible views!), the Metro, great restaurants and shops! The apartment itself, with all its amenities felt like home after a long day of sightseeing! We did feel a little like Parisians and had a wonderful stay! We highly recommend Paris Perfect and will use them again! Not only does Paris Perfect have great apartments, but they also provide guest services to make the most of your stay. Take advantage of their restaurant recommendations, cooking classes, and guided tours! ”

The decision to choose this apartment was simple: location, location, location. We chose the 7th arrondissement on the Left Bank of Paris after a long search, because it was the absolute best location we could find – combining a lively village-like atmosphere with an unbeatable location in the heart of Paris. Financially it was a stretch but it has been worth every penny. We wanted to live in a beautiful quartier located near the romantic Seine river, surrounded by bistros and shops and walking distance to classic Parisian sights including the Eiffel Tower. We also wanted a safe neighborhood, centrally located with easy access to landmarks, museum and fabulous open-air markets and specialty food stores. The 7th offered it all!

We loved the fact that the 7th has maintained its unspoiled village-like feel where we greet our butcher, baker and local cheese specialist daily. They know our favorite cheese and just how thick and browned we want our baguette. That is what we wanted to find – an authentic and intimate Parisian neighborhood. .

We tried a variety of neighborhoods and the 7th offered the best access on foot to everything we savor and enjoy about Paris: landmarks, museums and monuments on the Left Bank, to world class shopping on the Right Bank, to the antique dealers on the Rive Gauche, to the Musée d’Orsay, the Louvre, Rodin Museum, Eiffel Tower and even the Arc de Triomphe. We can walk to discount stores in the quartier next door, enjoy morning jogs and bike rides in the lovely Champs de Mars gardens across the street, take a sunset walk along the Seine to Place de la Concorde and home along the riverbank.
