Completely renovated in 2020, Tranquillity on the Beach Unit 150 is truly a gem on the beach! This ground floor, one-level unit sits beach-front high on a dune in private Tranquillity on the Beach complex. Amenities include a community pool and grilling area; designated parking and private beach access just steps away.
As you enter the unit, gorgeous manufactured white oak wood floors great you and flow throughout the living spaces. The first bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV, closet and small side table with two chairs. Comfortable, new carpet flooring. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single sink vanity, tub-shower combo and also includes the washer/dryer units. The next bedroom includes a Queen bed, dresser, LCD TV and closet. New carpet flooring in this room as well. The bathroom connected to this bedroom includes a single vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The 3rd and final bedroom is the King Master. This room includes a King bed, dresser, chest of drawers, closet and white oak wood flooring. The master bath includes a large soaking tub, separate walk-in shower and double vanity sinks.
The kitchen, dining and living areas are an open plan and great for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen is completely remodeled and includes beautiful cabinetry, quartz counters, double sink, and new GE Profile appliances. The dining table seats 6 and room for 3 more at the kitchen bar.
