We are sorry to hear that despite this recent update, certain areas felt in need of repair. We are particularly concerned about your comments regarding the screened porch and the living room furniture. Please know that we are immediately looking into replacing the furniture in the living room to ensure a comfortable seating area for all future guests. Similarly, we are scheduling an urgent assessment and necessary repairs for the screened porch to address the poor condition you noted. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent stay, and our nearly 5-star overall rating reflects the positive experiences of our guests. In terms of towels, we provide 4 of each size towel in each bathroom as well as beach towels for the number of guests in the party. That said, if you have any requests, please always reach out and/or respond to our messages, and we are always happy to assist as best we can.
