Fantastic House

We had 8 adults and 7 children in this house and we had a blast! Everyone fit comfortably with space to spare. The beach was an easy and short walk and the pool was amazing!

Cousins vacation

The laundry room sink faucet was leaking really bad when turned on. So we just didn’t use it. Other than that everything was perfect.

4 Sandy beach

Accommodations were great and welcome gifts were so nice. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pool was too small. We cook in most nights. Unable to read “low, medium, high” placement on stove dials. It was very frustrating. Overall very good.

Well equipped, nice location

Lovely, roomy house. Well equipped. Close walk to beach. Nice private pool, elevated so no bugs. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great Location, but several disappointing elements to the stay

Overall the home was a good fit for our family, but there were issues with communication, follow up on notifications of maintenance concerns, contractor based disruptions to our quiet enjoyment of the home, and the poor condition of a key kitchen appliance. A little extra work in the areas of live-response customer service and attention to the condition of the home and appliances would have a dramatic impact on the quality of stay in a property of this type. Perfection isn't always possible, but it would have been nice to see more of an effort put towards the quality of experience when renting a home of this caliber.

Fun in the Sun

What a wonderful house! And so close to the beach! Beautiful rooms and plenty of space to explore and relax. Our young children (6 and 8) loved the pool, and didn't want to get out for meals or bedtime. The new deck furniture was a great addition to this lovely house. The kitchen is a well furnished and airy space to create meals, and the new table has expanded seating for family and extras. We will definitely be back for more fun in the sun.

Great Location

Great Location. We had a problem with the front door. Supposedly there was a new door on order. We received a side door key to lock up when we left the house. A few of the utensil's in the kitchen were rusty. Most of the pots and pans were teflon and scratched. There was a broom barely. The head of the broom was warped,did not sweep well. Furnished linens were great. The knobs on the stove did not have high low etc.

The kitchen was well equipped to cook for a large group and having 2 refrigerators was very helpful. An added bonus was the activities in the basement,ping pong,Connect 4, etc. The pool area was a nice place to hang out even though for the size of the house , the pool is small. The short walk to the beach and location to shopping is very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great house and stay!

This was a fantastic house for three families to stay in with young kids. The pool isn’t huge but was perfect for our kids ages (ranging 4-9) and the heat worked great. Distance from beach is fantastic.

Great little enclave close to beach and park

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: great location. PArk access right across the street. One block walk to the dunes to get to the beach. Home was in nice shape. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and two main-level primary bedroom suites. Big plus! The only negative was the back deck and the pool surrounded by the back decks and pools of adjoining homes so privacy while swimming or being outside is limited. The management company was very responsive during the stay. Would stay there again

Wonderful House

The house was very clean and the interior had recently been painted. Every bedroom has an attached private bathroom which is wonderful for a large group. We had plenty of room and would definitely rent this house again.

The bedrooms are comfortable and lots of dining space which is what we always look for. The location close to the beach and a park are great. The furnishings in the den could use an update and the tile floor on the main level made the kids' bare feet pretty dirty immediately unfortunately.

Pro’s and Con’s

Pro- location- very close walk to the beach. Nothing is really right on the beach, so this is a close second. Very roomy - the bedrooms are nice sized and kitchen is fairly big. Cons -overpriced for the quality of the house - needs a lot of updating and just plain TLC. The floors all need work from wood to carpet. There are holes in the walls places and it is need of some paint. We had a large group so we also rented a house across the street and it was 100x nicer for the same price.

Great house, busy beach location

This was a great house. It was very spacious and accommodating to our group of 10 adults and 2 children. It was very clean. It’s the first time we have had a rental that we didn’t have to clean ourselves when we arrived. My biggest complaint was the mattress we had. It was the downstairs master and I was literally lying at a slant. It was horrible. The deck area is very nice but the pool is a small. The houses are very close together with little privacy. The beach was a little further than we thought but not a difficult walk. There is a public parking lot and public/shared access. It was very busy.

Family vacation

The house is in a great location. Only complaint was the pool area. The deck was very slippery and had steps that were hard to see since there was no contrast. It pooled water and never dried the entire week. Also, the pool service was not very good. Aside from that, all good and Vacation Homes of HH were terrific.

Spacious Home for a Family Vacation

This home as great - bedrooms with private bathrooms, the kitchen was well stocked and organized for a family that likes to cook. A couple minor negatives: several deck chairs were broken (bit served well to block our dog from wandering down the stairs), the pool deck was extremely slippery when wet, and no view of the ocean, and wish there was a cabinet to store our food (to avoid the cluttered countertop look). No fault of the home, just the area. With that said, it still made for a great extended family vacation!

Home is very nice. Minor maintenance opportunities. Supply of cooking items needs restock - not majOr issue. Stove top not performing well. Two refrigerators great. Maintenance and housekeeping very responsive. Downstairs layout outstanding. Community access very congested during July 4th (not surprising).

Great place for a large group

Easy walk to the beach and it was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. One maintenance issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend!

Family reunion

Stay was very nice overall.great location.the only downside,which is not the property owners fault,is there was construction in front of the home which unfortunately had alot of garbage and debris as our view.once construction completed,it will be an awesome stsy

Great location

Super easy to get to the beach, great perk having a park with playground within a 5 min walk as well. We had 16 people and didn’t feel on top of each other, but would say some improvements could be made to outdoor space- more shade/outdoor fans/painting the decking by pool to denote where steps are (lots of family members missed steps because it’s hard to see where the step offs are outside). The pull out single beds in every room need serious upgrades- only comfortable for small children- mattresses were awful for adults/teens. Cooking supplies could be improved too (for 16 people to only have one frying pan that doesn’t burn everything is tough!) But overall, great trip and great property!
