Located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, Amina's Cottage, a charming three-bedroom, two-bath home is the ultimate Outer Banks vacation destination! Bring your pets along for the adventure with the newly added fence in the backyard! This pet-friendly home is situated half a mile from the nearest beach access and mere minutes from some of the best local shopping and dining the Outer Banks has to offer.

Enter through the first level entryway and ascend to Amina's Cottage's second level. This main living space offers a spacious kitchen with all the furnishings to craft a beautiful home-cooked meal. Move into the dining room, and feast on the scrumptious spread while mingling with the family. Step outside onto the deck from the dining room, and sip on a cup of coffee in the warmth of the morning sunshine!

The spacious second level is furnished with a Two Twin En Suite. This En Suite is roomy enough to spread out and includes a private bathroom. If you need some extra space to sleep, there are three sleeper sofas conveniently located throughout the home. One on each floor!

Head down to the large fenced-in backyard and spend some time unwinding with the whole crew. Bring a slew of outdoor games and let the pup run around as you spend your evenings creating memories that will last a lifetime. Before the sun sets, pull out the Gas grill and throw some burgers on for an easy dinner by nightfall.

One unique thing about this home is the location close to Bay Drive. Folks love stopping by for a nice bike ride down the bike path and the beautiful sunset splendor. Additionally, there are wonderful attractions and restaurants nearby within a mile such as The Jolly Roger Restaurant and Goombay's Grille & Raw Bar where the group can delight in a delicious seafood dinner and tasty American cuisine. Take the crew on a historical adventure and spend the day at the Wright Brothers National Memorial less than two miles away. Or, head down to Avalon Fishing Pier and throw a line in the water to get the whole Outer Banks experience.

Was not cleaned properly, dog urine on sheets and walls from last tenants. One bedroom was so bad would not let my son sleep in it. Before arrival was called by an Kees employee stating that the king sheet was not put on bed by housekeeping, but would bring to us and put on. We Called later that night and another Kees employee said they would put work request in for. Ended up buying sheets to be able to use bed before second night. They were polite but basically unacceptable. We made the best of after cleaning house the first night. Do not plan on staying at Amina’s Cottage or use Kees rentals again. And, yes we did send and document pics to Kees and they apologized but that’s about as far as they went.

Nice getaway

House was well equipped and the bikes were a nice amenity. Washer and dryer a big plus as well as the gas grill. Served its purpose! Close to everything.

Great Location

The house was very clean and the property manager always replied quickly. It is very pet friendly and there where two dog crates in the down stairs area. The neighbors dogs are loud but im use to dogs barking. It is close to the public beach access but we go to the 4WD beach when we are there. The house is about a block away from Shopping and the best donuts in NC. We will definitely book again.
