Located on Galveston`s west end in the Pointe San Luis community. This modern home will offer you the peace and tranquility you have been looking for in a vacation! Perfect for families or groups of friends alike. The wrap around porch allows you to soak in the vast wetlands of Galveston Bay.

Welcome to our home! I hope you and your friends and/or family enjoy it as much as we do. Our home is designed to be a functional, fun, and airy getaway home. One of our favorite places to hang out is the Bali Bar, our downstairs bar.

Cook breakfast on the electric griddle, watch the game, grill, or have fun playing bartender! The bar has a stainless-steel sink. There is also a charcoal grill set up for use.

The accommodations upstairs include three bedrooms: Master with a king bed and full bath with walk-in shower and door to the lanai; Guest room with a queen bed and a full bath, walk-in shower; the 'bunk room' that has two full over full beds (sleeps 6-8) and a hall bath with shower and tub. All the linens: sheets, pillows/cases, comforters, towels, and washcloths are provided in each bedroom/bathroom. The living area has two couches that fully recline, not sleeper sofas, but certainly comfortable and long enough to provide a good night's sleep. Small 'TV' blankets are in the basket in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard cookware and a Crock-Pot, Hand Mixer, and Insta-Pot. The dining table accommodates 6 and the bar counter provides seating for an additional 3 people. There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, you will need to provide the detergent and fabric softener.

In the downstairs bar area, you will find a variety of kitchen items including an electric skillet as well as cups, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. in case you want to do some cooking down at the Bar. There are 6 bar stools so the group can belly up to the bar. **IMPORTANT** Note that the sink has NO food disposal and should only be used to rinse/clean items, no food scraps should be put down the drain. Enjoy the breeze off the bay, play corn hole and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the bay!! THERE IS NO ELEVATOR IN THIS HOME!

Where's the Beach?
The House is on the north side of San Luis Pass Highway, which means it's on the bay side, but our home sits next to the irrigation for the subdivision, so it is all grass behind us, no homes will be built there and there is a clear view to the bay and amazing sunset views! The next question…how to get to the beach? By golf cart (you can rent a golf cart and have it delivered) you can do through the tunnel under the San Luis Pass and park in the cul-de-sac where there is a 'walk-over' that will put you on a beach that doesn't allow any vehicles. It is about 100' to cross the walk-over, so you'll want to bring a portable wagon! If you have a lot of beach stuff and/or people to get to the beach, you will likely want to drive over (about one-half mile) from the house to the beach. The beach entrance is off Salt Cedar Drive on the east end of the subdivision. Make sure to bring beach towels. There are a few chairs and beach toys that we have in the bar area that you are more than welcome to use! The map in the listing shows the location of the different routes, by color, to both the beach and the community pool.

There are 3 TVs in total: one in the living room (50") and one in the master bedroom (50") one in the queen suite (43") They are all smart TVs so you will just need to log into the apps, Netflix, Hulu, etc…

Best sleep ever!!!

We absolutely loved Bella Vue! The home is so nice. I slept better than ever and I’m so sad I forgot to see what kind of mattress was on the master bed. There is a king master bedroom with bathroom, queen room with bathroom and the bunk room has full size bunk beds with a bathroom across the hall. All of the beds are comfortable and if the owner sees this message, please reply with the mattress info. The kitchen is well equipped, but could use some new knives. There is a keurig instead of coffee pot. Bring dishwasher pods if you plan to do a lot of dishes because there was enough for one load. The living room is comfortable. The bar area underneath the house was clean and usable. I will rent this house again. Also, the staff members at Coastal Waves were great to deal with. Each time I had a question, it was answered quickly. Everything about the home and property management company were top notch and PERFECT! Thank you!

Perfect family getaway!

We had a wonderful time during our visit! We've been coming to Pointe San Luis for several years, but this was our first time staying on the bay side and we loved it. The house is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! Also very convenient to the pool. The beds are comfortable, and the master suite has a large bathroom and its own access to the back patio, which is big enough for the whole family to hang out and has great views of the sunset sky in the evening. So nice that both of the non-bunk bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms, and the 3rd bathroom is right across from the bunk room. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out! Would easily accommodate 6-8. Highly recommend!

Not bad

The area was beautiful and the house was in a great area. This house had everything you needed for the beach and then some. Down side was there was quite a few things broken and it could have been cleaned a little better.
