Great accommodations and location for great price

Even before we arrived, Steve and Denise were extremely helpful and always quick to answer anytime I contacted them. Once we arrived, we found it to be a beautiful condo with a lot of great accommodations and extremely nice location directly on the boardwalk. I would definitely return to this condo for future vacations!

Perfect oasis

Our stay was perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better location or cleaner property. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. I’m already looking into booking another trip next year.

Awesome location and beautiful condo'

We were in OC for a cheerleading competition for a long weekend. We were greeted by the nicest owners upon our arrival. Steve took us upstairs and showed us around their beautiful condo. The location is perfect and the condo was spotless and decorated beautifully!! We will definitely be back!!

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient Location

This condo was a gem of a find! The condo is located in a prime location on the Ocean City boardwalk. My family appreciated the clean, organized and beautiful space the condo provided for our long weekend. The owners communicated well and sent a very kind and welcoming letter prior to our stay. It was the perfect experience. We hope to rent this place again in the near future.

Great location, great condo, great price

Booked this location for a weekend getaway with my wife and toddler and we were not disappointed. Condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and at a prime location on the boardwalk. Balcony was large with plenty of seats and tables. Plenty of games for families in case of a rainy day which, thankfully, we had none. Really appreciate the owners' attentiveness and flexibility. Thanks again!

Fantastic

Steve and Denise, THANK YOU so much for allowing us to vacation in your condo, it was fabulous. Wow! So impressed! Starting with TWO garage parking spaces we were already happy with our choice. The unit is GORGEOUS & huge. Super clean, 2 beds, 2 full baths, FULL laundry, full kitchen (nicer than mine at home), large living/dining area with TV access to all premiums and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the boardwalk. Great communication and service. SAFE! We will truly never stay anywhere else. Can't wait to get back!

Incredible Oceanfront Condo

Beautiful 2br/2ba oceanfront condo right on the boardwalk, yet with a feeling of complete privacy due to 4th floor location. Incredible view and giant balcony with plenty of seating. Is completely stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, and linens too. Washer and dryer worked great. Condo was spotlessly clean. Furnished tastefully and comfortably, with lots of thoughtful extras reflecting the owners' genuine interest in making your visit perfect. Steve (owner) was one of the most responsive and helpful people I have ever done business with. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

We Came Back For More!

This was our second stay in this beautiful beach condo. First stayed in Aug 2023 and booked this second stay as soon as we got home. The condo ticks all of the boxes for my family. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms allow us to enjoy the stay without feeling stacked up on each other. The living room is a large open area where we could enjoy group meals and activities and then the room makes a great 3rd bedroom at night. Super clean and modern space right on the boardwalk with a large private balcony to take it all in. Quiet and safe while still being close to everything. Two covered parking spaces and excellent communication with the owners & mgmt company. We're already planning our next visit and can't recommend the condo high enough.

Perfect Spring Stay

The location is perfect, right on the boardwalk and easy to go south or north. The Tram stops right in front of the condo. The condo was clean, bright and decorated nicely. The bed, sheets and pillows were all very comfortable, too. On the downside, they could use another chair in the living room; rubber mats under the rugs because they are VERY slippery (we just put them away while we were there); some beach, chairs, floats & beach towels. When you’re traveling from longer distances, packing those items is just not feasible; & even something as simple as salt and pepper would’ve been appreciated. Also, they have a Keurig, which is not in the listing, if you want to bring some pods with you.

1st Trip To OC

Highly recommend this unit, right on the Boardwalk! When we vacation at the beach, we want to stay in a place that looks and feels like a beach house, has conveniences as simple as having nicer bath towels and a little laundry detergent available, and, of course, a view (the closer the better) of the ocean. After travelling so far, we want to park the SUV and not drive much for the week. Lots of options for food and drink nearby are also on the wish list. This unit has it all!! Great location, view, amenities, comfort… we were fortunate to find this condo. We read the other reviews prior to booking and, after our week here, find them to be perfectly accurate and aligned with our experience. Steve & Denise, great job!! Loved our stay, thanks for being great to work with!

Beautiful!

This is a beautiful beach rental that our family throughly enjoyed. It was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen, (which we used alot, cooking for 3 grandchildren ages 4. 10, 13) was fully stocked, great appliances, cleaning supplies, pots and pans, dishes and basically everything we needed. We appreciated the sand chairs and beach umbrella greatly (even the "girly" beach towels thoughtfully provided). The weather was perfect, and the rental process was made easy by Steve who was so easy to work with. Dont hesitate to rent this lovely condo, perfectly positioned in the heart of OC, on the boardwalk where you can walk to everything. I am missing my morning coffee on the front balcony, viewing that amazing ocean….this is a special place. Thank you Steve! (we will be back!)

Spoiled beyond belief.

My family and I fell in love with the view from the balcony. We sat on it every morning and night. I don't think I will ever be able to rent anywhere again if I am not on the boardwalk. The condo itself was very clean, beds were comfy and the owners were very nice. They weren't lying when they said we didn't need to bring anything with us. This was our first trip to OCMD but definately not our last. The ocean itself was very rough but beautiful as was the beach. We all enjoyed the speedboat OC rocket, very reasonably priced, miniature golfing, fireworks from the balcony, parade of jeeps in the mornings and sand sculptures (jeep and and sand sculpture week). The people on the boardwalk were so friendly. I recommend the Tap House for a spicy Bloody Mary and Embers for an all you can eat buffet. It's our last day and we didn't realize until today that the kids didn't get to go on any rides. They don't even seem to care. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

Perfect beach getaway

The condo was perfectly located right on the boardwalk, one of the cleanest places I have stayed and with all linens included. The host provided great instructions, recommendations, and responded to questions quickly. Parking was included which was an added bonus. It was a perfect space for our family of 3 and we would absolutely love to stay there again!

Great summer getaway

The words from my 11year old autistic son melted my heart when he said to me “mommy I love staying here it feels like home, but just in the beach!” The owner was fabulous with his communication. I would definitely book again in the near future.
