You will LOVE this 1715 square foot, Beachfront/Beach View Condo at The Pier House! This unit must be booked at least 16 days before your check-in. The condo association requires a signed rental agreement and guest registration form be sent at least 15 days prior check in. NO SMOKING OR VAPING ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THE COMMUNITY AND/OR THE UNIT. There is a 14-day minimum at all units in the Pier House, and this 2-bedroom unit has a Maximum of 5 guests, however, it is one of the largest 2-bedroom units which sits directly on Indian Rocks Beach! Just stunning! The Great Room has a wide and wonderful view of the pool, hot tub, and the lovely Indian Rocks Beach!!! There is a King-sized bed in each bedroom, and a twin pull out trundle bed located in the Great Room. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen for you to make your meals in, a dining area to enjoy your meals while overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, and a huge balcony which overlooks the beach. There is a beach cart at the unit, located by the front door, to make your beach outings convenient! This unit will not disappoint! Splash Harbour Water Park is located a few blocks away, there are many fantastic restaurants within walking distance, Clearwater Beach is a 15-minute car ride...so much fun in the sun to soak up here!

It is Turtle Nesting Season from May 1st to October 31st each year, and there is a lighting Ordinance from the City to protect the hatchlings. They mandate no lighting to be seen after sundown, which means you must draw all blinds facing towards the beach and not turn on the balcony lights during this time. So sorry for the inconvenience, but it is out of our control!

Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.

To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.

Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.

Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. THIS INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.

Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.

MAIL: SORRY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET YOUR MAIL DELIVERED, AS THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL. SHOULD YOU NEED YOUR MAIL DELIVERED DURING YOUR STAY, WE RECOMMEND PURCHASING A P.O. BOX LOCALLY.

There is a County Beach nourishment project to include placing additional sand on the beaches of Sand Key (Clearwater Beach to Belleair Beach and Indian Rocks Beach to North Redington Beach), Treasure Island and Upham Beach, however they do this in small stages, thus, beach use will be available on either side of the beach area that they are working on.

Perfect Location

The Pier House is so convenient! We were able to walk most places. The condo itself is absolutely gorgeous. Everything has been updated and tastefully decorated. We will definitely stay here again!

Exceptional All Around!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Indian Rocks Beach! The condo was amazingly beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The location, beach, view and pool were perfect. Debi at the property management company went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed by bringing a beach umbrella and chairs. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome 2 Week Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pier House & this Condo. We have been coming to IRB for 20 plus years and this is now our new favorite place to stay. The Condo was beautiful, comfortable, & had everything you could want for a beach vacation. You can't beat the location either. Walked to all our favorite spots and only had to Uber a few times. We just loved everything about it! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo, we will be back!

Excellent spot!

We absolutely loved Indian Rocks Beach and loved this condo! It was beautiful and a small 25 unit condo. The unit was very clean and had nice amenities such as a full kitchen and equipment, lots of beach towels for use, and beach equipment available (i.e chairs, pool noodles, etc.). We will be back!

Post Thanksgiving Stay

We very much enjoyed our time here. Check in and out was a breeze. The property manager was very quick to respond to issues. We arrived later in the evening and discovered the water heater had gone bad. It was replaced the very next morning. This unit had everything you could possibly need. The condo was clean but I would suggest a good deep cleaning - specifically area rugs and inside the pantry. The location is wonderful - steps to the beach and Crabby Bills is right across the street. Overall, we would most definitely stay here again!

Awesome view. Comfy place felt like I was staying at family's house.

Condo has a awesome view of the beach and pool area. Great location. Property it self was very clean, inside Condo as well. Condo had everything you needed, beach wagon, beach umbrellas & chairs, a few beach toys, soft and hard coolers, floats for the toddler, decent pots and pans & knives, large capacity washer & dryer, couch was a perfect place for a nap, & spacious living quarters & even a vacuum to help you keep the place clean. Things I didn't like: very little things, wish the light switches were labeled so I knew what each 1 was too or did. Maybe a laundry basket in each closet. More hangers we had 2 adults, 2 teenagers & 3yr old. , also bed was a little too high (but that comes from the 5ft adult that slept in master) and since bed is so high, a chair with ottoman or bench at foot of bed would have been nice to have a place to sit in and/or throw extra pillows on. Parking spot was a little to tight to get in but was a covered spot but we choose to park in guest parking. Overall great place and looking forward to stay again in the future

Peaceful and quiet.

I really liked the unit. It was very spacious. There was a problem with the bed in the master bedroom. It was too high for my husband. I didn’t realize that it was as high as it was, and the bathrooms were really Not up to par as far as I was concerned. The master had some problems with the tile around The tub. The guest bathroom the tile in the shower was very very slick. I was afraid of someone falling. But I did enjoy the location and the unit. I haven’t been to one that furnished as many things as this unit did they were very generous. Overall, the unit is a very nice and clean and everything is tented to and I had no problems When I reached out to someone they got right back to me. I would stay there again only if my husband wasn’t with me because it was very hard for him. He did slip off the bed a number of times and he is disabled and has a walker. We could have used the other bedroom, but he preferred the master suite.

Nice property and stay

Rating 3.5 stars. Overall, a very nice spacious property with full kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, glasses and utensils and comfortably furnished. The rating is not higher because of the following: 1) one half of the long, extensive vertical blinds was inoperable. This should have been noted by the cleaning staff and repaired before our occupancy. 2) The property lacks good lighting throughout. The living room is solely lit by the ceiling fan fixture. The darkness is problematic in the evening. The main bedroom lamps barely illuminate the room. The ceiling fan light helps but does not overcome the general darkness. 3) Other than the microwave and stove, there are no working clocks. 4.) The dishwasher was full of clean dishes. 5.) Written guidance would be useful on how to operate the living room TV/Cable and or the streaming service. A cable and internet service outage was problematic early in our stay. Several after-hour email exchanges with the rental agent delayed a timely resolution by the service provider. It is not the owner’s or agents fault but the cable company will not resolve a renter’s issue without the renter providing the owner’s name, account number or phone number. Understandably, that information is not readily available to a renter. All of these factors can be remedied with minimal effort.
