​Hurricane Update:

The entire complex is built on pillars more than 20 feet off the ground. The condo sustained no damage, we have been accepting guests for several weeks, the pool has been completely drained, acid washed, refilled and we have installed a new pump, a new filter and all new equipment. The pool has never looked better, the beaches are open, the restaurants are open and the weather is fantastic.

The coastal morning is serene; white sand beaches glow gold in the sunrise. The aquamarine Gulf of Mexico sparkles with crystals of sunlight. Dolphins breach along the horizon. Relax on your screened-in lanai and sip your coffee, or fresh-squeezed citrus juice, as palm fronds dance in the salt breeze. THIS is the vacation you’ve been dreaming of.

Dining/Living/Kitchen:

This first floor, 2bd/2ba Bradenton Beach condo has an open, bright and airy floor plan, elegant coastal decor and water views from every window. The modern kitchen has tile floors, crisp white cabinets and state of the art appliances including a glass-top stove, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There’s a kitchen nook with a stackable washer/dryer.

This large kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishware, glassware, cutlery, and a keurig coffee maker. The kitchen has a dinette with seating for four and a granite-top credenza, perfect for breakfast for lunch buffets. The kitchen opens up to the formal dining room with a pass-through wall and breakfast bar with stool seating for two. The formal dining room has a dark wood table with seating for six.

The living room has a tasteful arrangement of comfortable armchairs, an ottoman and plush sofa, around a circular coffee table, and 65" HD TV. Sliding glass doors from the living room open out to a screened balcony/lanai with views of the beach, ocean, and swimming pool. This balcony is a perfect spot to enjoy vibrant sunsets and evening cocktails in paradise!

This luxurious second-story island condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary has an elegant walnut-hued king-size bed with headboard, matching nightstands and bureau with large mirror. The primary has an ensuite bath, large closets, and 50" HD TV.

The second bedroom has -Bunk Beds-Twin On Top-Queen On Bottom-Plus One additional Twin Bed. A large closet, 50" HD TV, and hallway access to a full bath. Both sparkling clean bathrooms have tub/shower combo, large vanities and large, well-lit mirrors.
