Welcome to the Pot O'Gold at the end of the rainbow! Pot O'Gold is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home located across the street from the beach in the West Gulf Beaches area of St. George Island. After walking up the stairs you enter the screened and covered deck that spans the width of the home. Entering the sliding glass door of the home, you are greeted by an open layout common area, great for enjoying time together as a family. Tastefully decorated, the living area features comfortable seating, a smart TV and views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen is equipped with stunning butcher block counters, a kitchen island that seats 4, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinetry. The dining area features a wooden table that seats 4. On the West side of the home is a queen bedroom with sliding glass door to the large deck, view of the gulf, and an entry to the shared bathroom with the living area. The shared bathroom features a stand-up shower. On the East side of the home is a king suite with sliding glass door to the large deck, view of the gulf, and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom features a standard shower/tub combo. The home has a spacious fenced private yard. Within the fenced area, you will find an outdoor seating area, as well as a wood fire pit. Directly across the street is beach access.

AMENITIES: Multiple Smart TVs, DVD player, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, solid surface floors throughout, large covered porch, under house outdoor shower, and park style charcoal grill. Dog kennel provided and required to be used when pets must be left alone in property.
