Kelsey, Thank you for staying with us. I do apologize for the hot tub not working (it is now working which is too late for you to enjoy unfortunately). It is hard with the closest repair company being a 2.5 hour drive each way so repairs take much longer. I do hope that the refund of $25 a night helped with that. I am sorry you misunderstood me on the handyman issue. You had messaged me at 7:25am about the refrigerator and I knew it might take me a 1/2 hour to an hour to get a handyman out there because of the time of day. When I offered to put your food in another refrigerator the office was not where I would have taken it (that is only 6 miles away) but rather a cabin that has an extra fridge that was less than 1/4 mile down the road. And this would have only been for the hour or two that it would take to either fix your refrigerator or bring my spare up (I already had it cooling at my office). We have not had any issues with that refrigerator since your stay. Yes, our area does have mice and I set traps proactively in some of the properties due to where they are.
