Excellent location if you enjoy both the beach and restaurants. One minute walk to the beach, three minute walk to 3rd street and a short walk to 5th avenue. Host was very responsive with any questions.

Just a block from the gorgeous beach and right by the Naples Pier too. Also just two short blocks to Old Naples shopping and restaurants. Very quiet location in a gorgeous neighborhood. Very clean space. We had a great time!

Home away from home

What a great place to take our family. The condo was clean, updated, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was a nice size and the grounds nice. The location was perfect allowing us to walk to Naples and the beach in minutes. We would highly recommend this spot.

Best Location in Naples

This condo was amazing! As always, the Mariner is such a great location-right across the street from the beach and 3 blocks to downtown Naples. Trista was so responsive with anything we asked about! We would recommend anyone to stay here!

Best bang for your buck

Highly recommend staying here. Less than one block from the beach and it’s beautifully remodeled and so well-maintained. The furnishings are very nice. The bedsheets and towels are luxurious, and they even have very upscale products like hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and even diffusers throughout the apartment. They have truly thought of everything. I will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay!

Just completed a five night trip with my husband, myself and our two young adult children. Property was clean, and had what we needed. The location of this unit cannot be beat ! A quick and easy walk to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. Grocery stores are a short ride away. Management was responsive and we enjoyed the Rose and sparkling water which greeted us when we checked in.

Perfect Location

We stayed 5 days in early February. The property is in a perfect spot, within walking distance of the Naples Pier and the amazing dining and night life of Third Avenue. The condo is in great shape and was perfect for the 4 of us. It came with beach chairs and umbrellas, which we used daily. Overall, a great stay and we would love to come back.

{Certeza}The best features of this apartment are its proximity to the beach and the peaceful atmosphere of the condominium. However, several issues would affect our decision to return as a family.The air-conditioning system does not perform as we expected from the property description and is not sufficient for Florida temperatures. Fans are provided in the bedrooms, but guests should not have to depend on them to keep the rooms comfortable. Some people cannot tolerate direct airflow from fans, as is the case with my husband, who became ill during our stay. Nevertheless, we had to use them constantly to circulate the air because of the intense heat. After spending a day in the sun and at the beach, guests paying for a comfortable stay should be able to return to a properly cooled apartment.Additionally, one of the sinks in the smaller bathroom was constantly clogged. The water pressure in the sinks was also extremely low; we do not know whether the valves were intentionally left partially closed or whether there is a plumbing issue.Finally, the bed linens did not smell fresh or properly cleaned. These are important issues that should be addressed, as they significantly affect guests’ comfort and the likelihood of returning.

We're glad the beachfront location and the peaceful feel of the condo added to your stay. We're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. The property is in a 1960s building right across from the beach, and in September's heat and humidity, older buildings like this can be harder for the AC systems to keep as cool as guests expect. We're always available and happy to take care of maintenance issues like a clogged sink during a stay if we're made aware of them. Our linens, including duvet covers, are always cleaned after each guest, and we would have gladly provided a fresh set had we known of your concern during your stay.
