2016 nueva construcción 3BR, 2. Villa de 5 baños en la hermosa comunidad de Forest Landing en el área de Bethany Beach. La propiedad cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con 2,100 pies cuadrados que cuenta con:
- Interior completo recién pintado en 2018
- Nuevo patio de adoquines instalado a fines de 2017 para tomar un café por la mañana o cócteles por la noche.
- 1er piso principal con cama King, baño de propietarios y gran televisor de pantalla plana
- cocina gourmet completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, isla de granito y barra de desayuno
- gran comedor con capacidad para 8
- sala familiar y solárium adyacente con amplios asientos y espacio de reunión para relajarse, jugar juegos de mesa / cartas o mirar TV / películas en una pantalla plana montada de 52 "
- 2do piso que cuenta con BR con cama queen y BR con 2 camas matrimoniales
- 2do piso baño completo
- Loft en el segundo piso con sofá y área de TV para jugar videojuegos

The house was very clean and the pictures did not do it justice. The people in the community were very friendly and we could walk to the pool. We will definitely stay again. I have stayed at several properties in Rehoboth, but this by far is the best!Cheryl L

Amazing Property - close to everything!

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at this property. The owners were very responsive to all our inquiries and had check in and check out procedures handled great! The house was exceptionally clean and well maintained and the community was fantastic. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open during our stay due to health concerns but it looks amazing and the owners notified us right away that this would likely be the case. The house is a quick drive to the beach, the bay, parks, and any other attraction you would want to visit. We have no complaints and would love to be able to stay at this house again. We loved it!

Very nice townhome

The home was gorgeous & very clean. the pool was a short walk from the home which was great for the kids. The neighborhood was very central to all the beaches. You can check out Bethany beach/boardwalk in a short drive or you could go to rehoboth or ocean city within 20 minutes. We loved it ! Will definitely be booking again for our next vacation !

Great home, great location!

We had a great time staying here! The home is well-equipped with cooking / eating utensils & beach gear, which made for a very comfortable stay. Home was very clean, beds were in great shape, and the backyard patio was wonderful for coffee in the morning. It’s very conveniently located to Bethany beach and other beaches are short drives away. Many local businesses / eateries / groceries stores within a 10 minute drive as well. The community is very nice too, very well kept, and we enjoyed a few days of relaxing in the community and using the pool as well. Great place to stay with kids, we will definitely look to return in the future!

We loved this spacious vacation home. The manager was very helpful and very responsive to our text messages. Everything is new and the decor was beautiful as well as comfortable. The complex is very quiet and relaxing. We would stay here again.

Great accommodations

Clean, new, well furnished, plenty of room. In a pleasant, quiet neighborhood with very nice pool area, fitness room, and tennis courts. Not far from the beach. It was everything needed for a relaxing stay. Would gladly recommend this property.

Beautiful place. Check out 10, hour too early. Big sec dep. Walk on eggshells.

The place is beautiful. It matched the description. However for a beach stay, I was nervous about the slightest thing getting broken, scratched etc with a large security dep. On hold. You like to feel less tense on vac. Careful, yes but not to the point you are watching every member of your family for potential accidents, like brushing a wall with your bag. Would not take children there. Check out was an hour too early and with a baby it was stressful, esp. when you read (strictly enforced in the paperwork). We had to do more clean up than i feel you should with a cleaning fee like sweeping floors, wiping bathroom counters, that's for cleaning crew. The extra time it took was stressful on getting out on time with a group and baby . Again, beautiful, well decorated and clean.

The house was perfect for our needs.

We had a wonderful getaway staying at Jay and Sue's lovely new home.

Everything we needed was there, the home was absolutely beautiful. The pool was marvelous, and the the grandchildren had a ball. We roasted marshmallows one night at the fire pit. I would highly recommend the home for a great vacation. Very short drive to the beach and the neighborhood was so beautiful. Jay and Sue, thank you for sharing your lovely Home! We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back. Sharon and family.

Amazing quiet location for the perfect beach getaway

My girlfriends and I decided to take the kids to the beach together and we are so happy we decided to stay at this beautiful house! From the moment we drove to the area we felt relaxed and comfortable. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated with a beach theme and everything is in excellent condition. The owners are very responsive from the momemeny I booked the house. We drove to Bethany beach during our stay which was only 10 minutes away and enjoyed our trip so much we can't wait to be back again. I hope you get to book and stay at this amazing home for your next trip too! You will really enjoy it!

Spacious, new and clean

Very large townhouse with plenty for room for you and your guests. Very clean, spacious and almost brand new. The community is convenient and nicely kept. The owners were very nice to communicate with and provided us with many details prior to our arrival. Honestly not one single complaint. Great property.

O'Boy, my husband and I had a great time celebrating our birthday here... If you want some peace & quiet, and a mini vacation not that far away... Well this is the place to stay. This new community offers things to do for the young and the young at heart with a pace to suit all walks of life. It is located such that you can be in the "heart" of Bethany in 5 minutes or in neighboring Rehobeth Beach, DE or Ocean City, MD in approximately 20 minutes.
