Maple Rose is a casual and comfortable large home sleeping up to 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The house features multiple living areas and a great outdoor area that can be used in all weather! Maple Rose is a homely property which is immaculately presented, and located in a convenient area in Bowral for guests to explore the Southern Highlands area.

Where will I be?
Maple Rose is located in East Bowral, only 4kms from Bowral town centre. It is in an attractive residential area and is an easy drive to the Scottish Arms Hotel, which has good pub meals and atmosphere.
Indicative distances are: 4 km to Bowral, 8km to Centennial Vineyards, 12km to Bendooley Estate, 8 km to Mittagong, and 13 km to Berrima.
Why choose Maple Rose?
Maple Rose is a large, comfortable home with multiple living areas that can accommodate 8 guests. Maple Rose is ideal for groups of friends or two families. The house has a large lounge area and TV which will comfortably accommodate 8 guests, and four generously sized bedrooms. There is a fantastic covered private outdoor area, which has an outdoor dining table, great gas BBQ and outdoor lounge area where guests can enjoy the outdoors. For guests requiring washing facilities, there is a washing machine and dryer. And if you want to be centrally located in Bowral / the Southern Highlands, then the location is perfect.
How is the property laid out?
Maple Rose is a large single storey home.The lounge room is located at the front of the house. The master bedroom with walk in robe and ensuite is also located at the front of the house. There is also an additional sitting area located between the lounge room and the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is a full kitchen with gas stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge. There is a beautiful, long dining table where guests can enjoy a meal together. The outdoor area, accessed through the dining room, is a large covered area with outdoor lounge, dining table and large gas BBQ. Towards the back of the house is 3 more bedrooms, a shared bathroom and laundry.
Wi-Fi, internet, Netflix or pay TV- will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please bring your own account details to login to streaming services.
Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Maple Rose has a good sized covered outdoor area, a lawn area at the back of the house and a grassy front yard.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Maple Rose has central heating and a reverse cycle air conditioner.
What about sheets and towels, and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, blankets or doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property.
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is ample off-street parking for 2 - 3 vehicles. Please park on the driveway only, and not the grass.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Sorry, Maple Rose is not a pet friendly property. Please ask us for our pet friendly options.
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property - Easter: 4 nights - Long Weekends: 3 nights - All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Central location and a bit outdated
This property suited our two families for a meet up in Bowral for a couple of days. The location was lovely with a 8-10 min walk to the centre. With two little children eating out was not an option and the while kitchen cutlery/crockery was ample the cooking appliances were lacking (electric beaters but noting to put them into!) Also only one tea towel provided which wasn't enough. The four bedrooms were very comfortable. Access to the Cherry Tree walk was just behind the house. An eclectic mix of furniture including Grandmas's cast offs. Overall we found it a bit overpriced however we enjoyed our get together in a nice part of Bowral.

Fabulous homely stay
We stayed in Cherry Walk Cottage for two nights and found it to be very comfortable for the 6 of us. The house is beautifully appointed with a lovely garden. The home is located a very short drive into Bowral town centre and is very close to the shops if you need groceries.
