Excellent home with amazing ocean views. You step right off the back deck onto the beach. Fully stocked kitchen made cooking easy. We would love to return again!

Great view. Love kitchen well stocked. Sharp knives appreciated. Having a big table to sit around was great. The large openess of kitchen to sitting area with fire place allows for everyone to enjoy visiting while preparing a meal. Great to have the ability to wash clothes. Roomy parking.

Arch Cape is a beautiful stretch of the Oregon Coast -- a nice long stretch of beach that feels secluded but is also close to towns as needed. The house has great access to the beach - among the best in Arch Cape. The layout of the house was great. For the most part the entertaining areas are away from sleeping quarters -- to accomodate different sleeping schedules. It was perfect for our group of 6 and could easily support 8-10 with the same benefits.

Wonderful Women's Weekend

Our group of 8 women had a sensational visit to this property in early October. First of all: You cannot beat this view! There was a bed for everyone, the main living area was perfect for puzzling, watching the ocean, reading in a cozy chair, and relaxing by the fire. Since the weather was excellent, we enjoyed snacks and laughs on the back deck, and soaking in the cedar hot tub. Stepping onto the sand from the deck is a luxury I'd pay for again and again. We walked a ton, brought dogs who LOVED running on the beach, and got to check out the tide pools, rock formations, and other natural wonders of the Oregon Coast. This home is truly special. Even though it's simple and rustic (2 loft beds are mattresses on the floor), I promise you will feel so welcome and cozy. We loved the proximity to both Cannon Beach and Manzanita for day trips to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well-stocked for our home-cooked dinners, and the beds were very comfy. Check-in was easy, and there were minimal check-out instructions which was a plus.

Tha place was everything we needed for a beach house! Perfect for small kids to go sleep in rooms away from the main living areas in the evenings :)

Weekend Trip

Amazing stay! This house was perfect for our large family and had all the amenities we needed. Internet could be a bit stronger throughout the house, but no biggie. Beachfront access was sooo great! Can’t wait to come back.

The home has a beautiful view, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay. However, for the amount of money we paid, we expected the home and its amenities to be properly maintained. One of the reasons we booked this home was because it had a washer and dryer, so we packed fewer clothes expecting to be able to do laundry. Unfortunately, on the day we arrived, it was raining and our clothes got wet, but we quickly discovered that the dryer did not work.About two and a half days into our stay, we started having additional issues. The drains around the home appeared to be clogged, the kitchen drain backed up, and the food processor also stopped working. We were also never given the code or instructions for the hot tub. At that point, with everything else going wrong, I honestly didn’t even care enough to ask.Overall, the home has a beautiful view and a lot of potential, but too many things were broken, clogged, or seemed to be falling apart. When you’re paying a premium price for a home, you expect the property and the advertised amenities to be in good working condition. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

Perfect location

Beautiful location right on the beach. House is a good size for a large family. The house itself needs some TLC, showing its age a bit. However, you can’t beat the location and view.

Great Spot, Well-Appointed!

As a family, we have been making annual trips to Arch Cape for years. This is our first time in this house and it was perfect for our group. Love the easy beach access and all aspects of the home. We’ll be back—thank you for a great spot to gather.
