Luquillo es el lugar más relajante de Puerto Rico. El condominio está a poca distancia de la mundialmente famosa playa de Luquillo. Ven y siente la brisa cálida del noveno piso del mejor condominio disponible en Playa Azul.

Si no tiene ganas de cocinar o salir a comer, podemos hacer arreglos para que un chef privado venga a la casa y cree una comida suculenta. Simplemente háganoslo saber con tiempo suficiente para hacer arreglos.

Beautiful view, beautiful people

We picked this unit for its proximity to and stunning view of the ocean and it did not disappoint. The individual we communicated with was very helpful and the security staff in the lobby were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again

Be aware

The building where this condo is located is in very poor conditions. The elevator has damaged floors and walls. The windows on the 9th floor are broken or completely missing. The entry doors to these condos are mostly rusted. The condo itself was nicely decorated but the door that opens to the balcony is broken, it does not slide or roll. We found cooking utensils dirty. It was difficult to reach the owner, we received one short txt in response. We had to submit a complaint through VRBO. We would not recommend this property, thankfully we were able to find another place and not complete our stay in this condo.

Loved this place and the people

The place and the people are outstanding, I made some new friends and did and saw amazing things. I can’t encourage people enough to visit Puerto Rico for a wonderful time. Thanks Carmen for all your help and being an awesome host.

Slice of paradise

Location was fantastic. 10 min walk to the Centro de Luquillo with some great eats. 30 min walk down to Luquillo Beach and the incredible food kiosks. The room had everything and more. Washer and dryer and kitchen were great to have in a room. Good view. Overall 8/10 (-2 due to the living room AC unit being busted)

Clean, safe, and great view

This condo was close enough to everything on our to do list. Within 1 hour of old san juan, yunque, and the ferry to culebra. There is a nature preserve very close that leads to some absolutely beautiful beaches that I HIGHLY recommend if you don't mind walking a bit. The property itself could use a little TLC overall but it was clean, safe, quiet and had a spectacular view. Bring your own pillows if you can...the ones provided are pretty worn out and the bed is hard. Other than that, no real complaints for the price. I loved the slats you could open on the front door to get the most out of the cross breeze.

It was an awesome anniversary getaway. The property was oceanfront Playa Azul. Excellent and well maintained grounds on property site.

Somewhat Decent

Please read: I read the reviews before renting this place, I just wish I would've booked other nicer places sooner before they were taken. There were several disappointments with this apartment. First the elevator door in the lobby doesn't shut all the way, so the security guard advised we press the 3rd floor button and force the door shut from the outside and once we hear it go up, press the button and wait for the 2nd elevator. Additionally, the floor the apartment is located in, has many busted windows in the hallway which not only makes it very scary when you're that high up in an unknown neighborhood but once we manage to get inside the apartment which was a chore at first, the strong winds are heard very loudly inside the apartment due to the broken windows in the hallway because the door is more like a shutter so the wind sounds are heard strongly inside the apartment, constantly. The apartment is cute and a comfortable size. I will say there is an odd smell in the apartment that doesn't seem to go away. Once you're in it after a while you don't smell it as much as you sort of become immune to it. The "white" sofa is pretty dirty and needs a good professional cleaning or total replacement. The throw pillows & blanket are grossed and you can see how dirty they are and smelly. The kitchen cabinets are grossly dirty in certain areas, so we did not do cooking of any kind. Once we got inside the bedroom, the large blind had fallen from the hinge and was laying on top of the dresser. We literally wanted to find a hotel the first night once we saw all this but it was really late when we arrived and didn't want to be out of our money. I messaged the owner and heard back mid morning the next day after I messaged again. She offered to send a handyman which he came in the evening to fix the blind. Now we didn't have to worry about the blaring sun beating in the bedroom at early sunrise causing for a super early wakeup. The patio door lock is broken so you can't lock it for safety, also not a good thing. They said it's in the process of being fixed however, I believe I saw this same issue in a prior review which means the problem was not resolved. After two days you get used to things being what they are and you make the best of it. The location had some decent nearby places to eat at and it was easy enough to get to any part of the island so I'd say this is a plus. I for sure will look at other lodging places for future visits.

Clean room with a good view

The whole condo was very nice and clean and the view was really great. The only issue we had was the check in. It could’ve been a bit smoother. You have to go through a security gate and explain that you weren’t a resident and that you were just renting a room and then talk to the main desk person in the building about the same thing. Might be helpful to have a form you can print out that has all the info you need to get through the gates instead of relying on having to call the owner to get through smoother. Ultimately we got through and the people were very nice, but that was just the one issue. The host was also very nice and did respond pretty quick when I couldn't figure out how the bedroom fan worked.

Great stay!

My fiancé and I had a great time! The property was very clean. You had beautiful views of the mountains and beach from the balcony. It was in a great location, easily accessible to beaches and the rainforest.

Place was perfect! Great view close to beach.

The apartment was in a great location. Exactly what we wanted. Walkable distance to the beach and it had a pool among other amenities. Apartment was very nicely furnished. My only complaint would be the cleanliness. They had all white furniture in the apartment that needed to be wiped and cleaned. It was not inviting to sit in a dirty sofa or dirty kitchen chair. Same with the mirror in the bedroom. Someone prior had written "wash me". The beach chairs they let you use had garbage in the cup holders even a " used bandade". Gross. But other than those issues it would have been the perfect stay.

Luquillio-Playa Azul III

The views are expansive and priceless from the 9th floor, side balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The suite is appropriate for two adult guests. However, the pictures in the VRBO description are no longer current. This property is in need of maintenance. The bathroom sink is slow to drain and the water pressure in the kitchen sink was low. A dishwasher would make the visit more pleasant too. The vertical blind in front of the sliding door to the balcony needs to be replaced, and the balcony door came off it's tracks several times. Additionally, I could not get the louvers to close on the front door; this caused an eery sound of howling wind and a loss of A/C. On the other hand, the A/C units did work fantastically. If these issues are addressed, I would give this place a five stars plus--especially for the sufficient parking

Loved the place

The building is not a 5 star, but is clean, quiet, security,24, 7..the whole area is kool, 500 steps to the beach...at night you can hear the wave splashing to the shore...all I can tell you, I love it...

All went well. Property manager was easily available and very nice. The location was perfect for my needs, I was there to surf and explore the beautiful island. The view from the balcony was spectacular, endless beach coast to one side and El Yunque (experimental rain forrest) to the other. The price was unbelievably cheap. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and more. Great experience!

It's a great location

Overall I would definitely stay here again in the future. The only suggestion to the owner or manager is to get better sheets for the bed and at least 2 more pillows. Thank you.

Easy access to beach

This condo has everything you need. Plenty of space for 2, clean and satisfactory. Great sized balcony and 2 well working large AC units. Modern and clean appliances. Very happy with our stay.
