It was beautiful. We just had a few complications, which I’m sure a lot of travelers or owners don’t expect the washing machine was broke the whole 5 days. The pool was out front instead of on Oceanside. It didn’t explain that in the pictures and there was dirty diapers around the outdoor pool. Other than that our stay was very pleasant air-conditioning worked. That was the big thing the last place we rented it broke. Kitchen was very disorganized, but clean.

There aren’t enough kitchen utensils, the washing machine was terrible, the drawer stained all our clothes with what looked like dark oil and takes hours to dry. How is it possible that the master bedroom has old curtains instead of a door? There isn’t enough dish soap, there are no trash bags, and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom - meaning 8 rolls total for 16 people staying 6 days- yet they charge a premium for the stay.

Location was great with our 1 year old grandson being right on the beach was perfect. The house is dated and needs a lot of TLC. Upon arrival you could smell the mold going up the stairs. There is a large water leak coming from the upstairs master bath because it is visible in the downstairs living room ceiling. The washer did not wash the clothes even after putting only a half a load in at a time, the agitator does not work. The dryer had something in it that stained our clothes. After the first 2 loads we gave up and brought dirty clothes home. The AC needs to be replaced or another unit added as the downstairs never cooled off.

Our kids and grandkids just had a blast. The house was perfect for our family and the beach was right out the door for all of us to enjoy.

Great stay!

We stayed here over spring break and it was great! The house is in good shape and right near anything you need. The beach seemed private as we were never even close to crowded. Many restaurants right nearby and a couple within walking distance. We will stay here again for sure!

Great house for group!

The location was amazing and the beach access is unbeatable. House has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a group trip. Everything was clean and in working order and host was super responsive and reachable.

Beach stay!

Overall property is great. Right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was very clean except doors and cabinets had quite a bit of stain on from use. Plenty of room for a big group to eat and sit comfortably. A little dated but a great place to stay. Plenty of parking also. It was very quiet during our stay….no rowdy people or parties. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved this house

It was a wonderful rental! Everything was perfect, the washing machine didn’t work, but we did t figure that out until the day before we left when we tried to wash clothes. Other than that everything was perfect!

This house was amazing and in an amazing location. Breathtaking.

The location was perfect. I was extremely happy and will rent this property again. There were a few broken items in the house i.e. sinks and cabinets but it did not bother us just want to make sure owner k ow it wasn't us who broke them. We had an amazing time.

Amazing location!

The view, proximity to the ocean and overall space of the house was superb! We cooked all of our meals and enjoyed all the kitchen cooking supplies and utensils. It was easy to find and had plenty of parking. There many chairs and seating options available inside and out. The giant deck had railings and gates all around that kept our pet safe from getting out. There were some maintenance needs , but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. We will definitely book here again!

Spring Stay

The Good- House was clean and the description is accurate. Great Views and location. The Gas grill is brand new, never been used. House was well supplied with towels etc. The Pool was clean. The home vacuum was broken, but they replaced it within the hour with a new one. The Bad- Cracked Tile in some places and the down stairs A/C did go out on the last day. They were quick to get someone out to look at it.

The location of the house is beautiful the house is big but the cleaning of the house was not good.

Property is good but the house keeping personal did a poor job of cleaning it toilet had urine all over it. It was not properly clean the kids didn't get a chance to use pool because it was filthy.

READ THIS REVIEW! Pros: home is dated but perfect for our group. The location is perfection! Cons: dirty laundry bags sat out in the front from Mon-Wed of our five day stay despite me alerting them about it on Mon. Cheetos and crumbs in pull couch. Nails stuck up from the back deck and around the pool. our kids, and my mother, cut their feet on. I sent pictures via Vrbo messages Tuesday. Checked back on Wednesday due to only receiving an automated response. Was told to text a number or call a number for a faster response but they had sent it to maintenance. I called. They wanted the same pictures sent via text to the number given via Vrbo messages. So I did that. I was told that the nails were fixed via text. We never left the house. Nobody came. They weren’t fixed. I texted back again. They said someone had been there for a second time, 2 hrs prior. Again, we there at the house. Nobody came. Finally, on Thursday, we went to lunch, but luckily came home to drop off my sister and her baby for a nap. The maintenance truck was there but was about to leave because his code didn’t work in order to get to the deck and fix the nails. We let him in and he was amazing and fixed the problem. We had to leave by 9 AM Friday as that was our last day. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown is but there is definitely one. Spoke with a manager today that was quite rude and he said they don’t receive anything sent via Vrbo. So why was I lied to and told the problem was fixed…twice?
