Our apartment was absolutely wonderful - well stocked with everything one would need for their vacation including well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms well stocked, and great location. Everything well labeled to know where things are. The only thing we would want is better privacy curtains. We will try to stay with this company any time we come back.

Great location from beach. The place was immaculate. Everything was perfect. Very short walk to beach. Place was very clean and pretty. Perfect . Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location to beach

Spotless rental, incredible location to beach. Parking, easy to find. Unit had absolutely everything you could want for vacation needs, including beach wagon, chairs, etc....so great. Really appreciated the laundry, very nice bathrooms and bedrooms. Wonderful stay. Balcony is Amazing!

This condo was beautiful and so clean. It was convenient to walk to the beach and restaurants. It was absolutely stocked with whatever we needed (beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc). Would stay here again and recommend to others! Loved unit 4B!

IRB vacation

Very clean and it had everything that we needed to have fun at the beach (wagon, umbrella and beach chairs). Great location with a partial view of the ocean. I would rent again for next vacation to Indian Rocks Beach area. Owner was very attentive and provided us with all of the information needed to arrive and checkout without any complications.

Wonderful

Wonderful place. Short walk to the beach, right across the street. The place had everything you could need to prepare meals and visit the beach. Just bring suntan lotion and stop at Publix nearby for food. Very clean. Wonderful management.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an amazing rental! Extremely clean and well taken care of. Plenty of towels, linens, and everything was clean and ready to go. The condo was also well stocked with tons of beach gear so if you are flying in, you have plenty of items for your beach day. The parking was easy to find and very accessible. We had 2 SUVs and had no issue fitting both vehicles. The condo was clean and everything was very easy to find. We didn’t have any issue finding things in the kitchen as everything was well labeled. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and well maintained.Even though you have to walk across the street to get to the beach, the walk is short, beach access is easy, and the area was very uncrowded despite also being a holiday weekend! You are also within walking distance of multiple restaurants, so we basically parked our car for the week and walked everywhere! Perfect location to everything nearby. We would 10/10 recommend staying at Wave and Sea, and are already looking forward to our next stay down at Indian Rocks Beach!

Beach Haven

Location! Location! Location!Our teenager wanted beach access, and beach access she received. A quick jaunt accross the street from this spacious and wonderfully stocked condo was everything we were looking for. All beach gear was included with this home. A fully stocked kitchen with access to a grill made mealtime a breeze. The large balcony was used nightly to determine when to head to the beach in order to watch the sun set. We had 5 people in our group and we had ample space, no tripping over each other while coming and going. We had a wonderful stay and looking forward to returning.

This beach house was the perfect place to stay when we visited Clearwater Beach. Walking distance to great restaurants, and about a min walk to the beach. The house was clean and cheerful, chattel in good condition. Plus my favourite: they included beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, toys and an umbrella, great for out of towner's like us.
