Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, updated 3 bedroom/3 full bath condo at A Place at the Beach in Atlantic Beach, NC. Sleeps up to 8 people. Recently beautifully updated, let the family stretch out and enjoy a beautiful courtyard & ocean view from the deck and living room. Walk out your front door to see the sound on the other side.

Incredible amenities include a large outdoor pool with 150 ft water slide, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, huge courtyard lawn, playground, tennis court, full basketball court, and even a mini-golf course on the property. The indoor pool was just renovated from top to bottom for the 2020 season!

A walk down the private boardwalk on the property will take you right through the dunes and straight to the beach! Everything you need for a fun family vacation is at your fingertips. The outdoor hot tub is located a few steps from the unit!

The spacious living room is furnished and includes a central TV. The kitchen is stocked with essentials and includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.

This condo is on the third floor and the private porch overlooks the lovely property grounds and outdoor pool with an ocean view beyond that. Close enough to hear the ocean waves from the deck on calm days and nights.

The unit also comes with a washer and dryer located inside the unit!

The property is just minutes away from great family friendly attractions, including a short 1 mile trip to Fort Macon State Park and a 15 minute drive to the NC Aquarium or to Historic Beaufort Waterfront. 10 mins to Morehead city Waterfront.

Sleeps up to 8 guests. Up to 3 parking passes permitted.

Being able to walk to the beach right from the condo early in the morning & in the evening. The indoor pool & hot tub was really nice too.

Great place to stay! Pool is the best, slide was fun, room had everything you need, comfy beds, the three bathrooms is so nice and having a washer and dryer in unit makes it a step above. We enjoyed our stay! Host very responsive and joy to book with :)

The room was perfect for our family of six. And had a nice view from the balcony. While there we celebrated our wedding anniversary & also our twins 8th birthday. We will definitely be planning a future trip back.

For our girls trip we wanted to shell the beaches of the Outer Banks. This location was perfect for access to the beach, all the activities and necessities offered in the area as well as proximity to the charters and ferrys.With a rare three bedroom and three bath arrangement, the four of us had plenty of space to spread out and still feel together in the shared spaces.Check in was easy, the owner communicated thoroughly, the kitchen was very well appointed, everything we needed for a beach stay was provided. Just had to bring our own beach towels. The facility is undergoing some renovations of roofs, outdoor pool. There are a lot of things to do for families. The boardwalk takes you right to the beautiful clean beach, and if it's raining you can swim or hot tub in the indoor area. What a plus for those gray or cooler days.The unit has a nice view of the courtyard and the ocean. It's wonderful to sip morning coffee from the balcony and listen to the birds. For as large as the complex is, the unit and halls were quiet. Aside from a few small maintenance needs, any group of 3 or more would find this unit "A great place at the beach." We would definitely rebook this unit if we return to the area.

Fun week at the Beach

Had a great time with 4 adults and three kids. It's a compact place but had everything we need. Loved the pool and easy access to the beach.

A Quiet Retreat

Was the perfect mini getaway prior to the busy season. Not a lot of crowds and a very serene environment. Definitely looking forward to returning.

2019 summer vacation

Had a great time, had plenty of room for our large family. Our teenagers love the pool and water slide. Will plan a stay in the near future.

Clean and spacious

Great for our large family to all stay together in one place. The only complaint I have is that there weren’t any trash bags and we ran out of toilet paper. Other than that it was great

We really enjoyed the place. Would definitely stay here again. Enjoyed the the pool and water slide. The gas grills were very nice! Is a lot of things to do at the site to keep family and friends entertained. Wish add a elevator to the other end so be easier to access the building from both ends. The email and packet should have the same info on how to check out but the information is totally different and little confusing. But is a very safe place and family oriented place. Everyone was so nice!!

Fabulous getaway

The property at the complex had so many extra amenities for us to do. The indoor pool was very nice especially since the weather wasn’t great the week we were visiting. I would recommend to stay here to everyone!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities of the location were fantastic and the staff was very welcoming when we got there. Everything that we wanted to do was well within driving distance and great food nearby. When we arrived there was only one key for the room which was a little inconvenient since we had multiple families staying in the room but whoever manages this property for the owner was amazing and had another key made right away for us and delivered it to us. Outstanding service!

This is such a great beach condo! It had plenty of space and everything we needed. We loved the indoor pool and all the fun things to do at A Place at the Beach. The office staff was friendly.

Practically Perfect

We have stayed in several different APatB units over the years, but this was our first time in this specific unit. It was clean, comfortable, and updated. We had eight people in the unit and it fit us all comfortably. I appreciated that this unit comes with three parking passes and eight recreation bands for the grounds. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was a great stay, and we will be back.

Family vaca

Was a perfect vacation time! The kids enjoyed the pools, basketball court and miniature golf. We all enjoyed being close to the beach ( water too cold though so thankful for the indoor pool ) I also enjoyed being very close to a nature trail. Have amazing memories and photos!!

Having a Good Time!

We had a fantastic week at the beach at this lovely 3 bedroom 3 full bath condo. The bunk beds were perfect for our kiddos who had the time of their lives. The owners foresaw all of our needs and we were so happy with all of the amenities and fun stuff to do right there on the property.

Get the three bedroom

We’ve stayed at A Place at the Beach many times. This time we got the 3 bedroom. If you can do it, Do It! Our condo was fantastic! Everything else was the same, a great place to stay.

It was pleasant and clean

It was nice for a last minute vacation. The property was very clean and well maintained. When I did interact with employees they were very pleasant. There weren't many activities to do there but finding something to do around the area was easy.

What we love about this location is that you can do (and not do) as much as you like if you prefer to have and adventure or just relax and enjoy the beach! There are many activities on the property and in the area surrounding Atlantic beach. We even include a binder in our unit with suggested activities and fun places to visit if you are unfamiliar with the area. Don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations, we are happy to help!
