Welcome to 215B Philadelphia Ave! **2025 Updates—new queen mattresses and box springs and interior painting ** This is an ideal four-bedroom and two-bathroom duplex in downtown Rehoboth Beach! Two dogs are permitted with a pet fee.
The four bedrooms are located on three floors. The main level bedroom has a twin bed, an en suite bathroom, and a door to the backyard. Two bedrooms are located on the second level, with queen beds and a shared bathroom in each room. The third-floor bedroom is accessed through one of the second-floor rooms and has two twin beds and a futon. A flat-screen TV with cable is also included in the third-floor bedroom.
The house includes central AC (a supplemental window unit is provided on the third floor), free Wi-Fi, expanded cable TV in the living room and on the third floor, a fully stocked kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, a screened front porch (semi-private with the other side of the duplex), an outside shower, one onsite private parking spot for a small to midsize vehicle,e and one on-street parking permit.
Assorted games, cards, books, movies, a beach cart, and beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. The house is clean, open, airy, and well-maintained, with lots of room for family and friends. The screened front porch is an excellent area for relaxing after a long day at the beach, having morning coffee, or having an evening cocktail. Every detail has been considered for your stay!
LOCATION: This great South Rehoboth location is just 2.5 blocks from the beach and boardwalk and one block from Rehoboth Avenue shopping and restaurants. Just park and walk everywhere!
PARKING: Onsite parking for one car. Sorry, no large SUVs are permitted. A city parking pass will be provided for on-street parking.
AMENITIES: Washer, dryer, expanded CATV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, screened-in porch, and beach equipment.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. Two dogs are permitted, with a pet fee for each dog. You must enter the queen bedroom on the second level to access the third-level bedroom. ACCOMMODATIONS INTERMEDIARY # 2024713094

Family vacation

Great experience!

The house has an interesting layout that suited our needs. Clean, quiet, and an excellent location (two blocks to the beach and three short blocks to the strip of restaurants!). There aren't many silly kitchen things (like no shot glasses) and no dishwasher, but those weren't issues for us. Will absolutely stay there again.

Great location, awesome front porch

Excellent location — blocks from beach and boardwalk — screened porch was a bonus and great for sitting in the late afternoon, with a glass of wine, and watching the neighbors walk by. It also was great to have off street parking.

Great spot

It was homey, but not in a sloppy way. It was comfortable, clean, and very nice for a family group. Practicalities were a breeze and we did not have any problems. We would certainly stay here again!

Ideal location for anyone looking to be within a distance of a short walk the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The agents handling the rental were extremely prompt in replying to all calls and emails.

Location excellent and so grateful for a pet friendly rental

The house is older and in need of some updating, but for just the two of us and our dogs, it was perfect. It was clean and un-cluttered and convenient. I want to thank the owner for allowing us to bring our pets.

We had 5 guests, including 2 children. Was clean and was a good location to beach. Would have beeb really tight with any more guests. Was nice to have the additional parking pass for a second car.

Great location. Nice property.

Quick weekend trip with family and friends. The location was great, close to everything. We walked everywhere. Although the house is definitely older, it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our interactions with the owner (it is managed by Remax) were good and they answered all our questions. We loved the front porch and were glad the weather was nice enough that we were able to use it. We also appreciated that we could bring our dog with us for the weekend. All-in-all a great stay. Fantastic value for the location. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Great location!

This place was the best location, completely walking distance to beach and all the beach bars, shops and eats. The inside was pretty good space-wise, but one queen room was a bit tight. We had 4 adults and 2 babies. Kitchen was fairly well stocked, just be sure to bring oven mits and sharper knives if needed (I was cutting a watermelon). The place could definitely use some paint and a deep floor clean but the furniture was updated and comfy so overall a good place for the price!

Beach Getaway

Great place for a beach getaway! The property is very comfortable, easy to find, and makes for a great base of operations for a Rehoboth Beach stay. There were four of us (adults) and we found it very easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and bars. You're about 2.5 blocks off the beach... an easy walk. And, you're centrally located if you'd like to be in town. It's a great location to park the car and not get back in until you leave. Parking in the back is a little tight getting in/out, but very manageable. The front porch is a great area to gather.

Nice place but could be a little closer to the beach

One issue is it could use a dishwasher and the beds were stiff and noisy. Rent side a if you have a choice, has dishwasher and more up to date for same price which doesn’t seem quite right. Met cleaning person and she was very nice and helpful. A great time was had.

Overall good. Would have like to have known that one bedroom could only be accessed by cutting through the Master. Also, recycle bin was jammed with a large carton when we arrived and was therefore unusable the entire week.

Nice quaint little duplex.

I didn't realize it was a duplex, but wasn't a problem although can hear sound from the neighbors sometimes. Was a cute little property with nice clean furnishings. Was overall clean, but missing at least 3 lightbulbs: Front porch, one lamp in living room, one side table lamp in one of the upstairs bedrooms. Limited kitchenware. Location was great for a quick walk to shops and restaurants, the boardwalk and beach. Off the beaten path but not far enough that can't easily get to everything in just a couple blocks.

Good location, but could have been cleaner

This property is in an excellent location and the rental process was seamless. The house is perfect for families with small children and I appreciated having access to a beach cart and chairs. However, when I arrived I immediately had to wash all of the bed covers as they were covered in stains. It looked as if they hadn't been washed all season. It also seemed like the cleaning crew did the bare minimum as the floors were filthy. I was disappointed that for my one vacation this summer I spent a lot of time doing laundry and cleaning immediately upon my arrival.

The description and photos describe the place well. We found the living room comfortable for our party of 4 adults. The kitchen was servicable for the few meals we cooked ourselves, well stocked with cookware and utensils. Unit is equipped with Comcast cable, and you can get Netflix and Amazon Prime TV if you use your own account. Doing so is easy. We recommend that the owner do something about the bed in the smaller second floor bedroom. It is not supported on one side and feels like you are falling out. Bring your own linens and paper products. The owners were living in a different unit on premises. They were super friendly without being intrusive. We would rent here again with a better bed.

The home was filthy. Mold on shower doors, linens & bed spreads were so disgusting we went to walmart & bought our own. Ceiling fans didnt work, baseboards & ac vents were filthy. Dresser drawers had hair in them. It took us 2 hours to clean the house before we would bring our stuff inside. There were open plastic cups, foil & saran in cabinets & half used soap in the bathrooms. Especially now with covid I had hoped the home would have had a deep cleaning & all used paper products would have been discarded & new hand soap (if any) would have been provided. Parking was not convenient. Despite the disappointment in the rental we managed to have an enjoyable vacation.

End of Summer 2022

We felt scammed. This unit is advertised as a 4 bedroom. What is not TOTALLY clear is that an attic like bedroom is accessed through one of the main bedrooms. The stairway up is very steep and if over 6’ you have to duck or take a head bump. Small window AC just about cooled the room with OAT at 80 degrees. This room should not be called a bedroom due to passage through main bedroom. Very disappointed. The 4th bedroom , single bed, is off the kitchen and has minute bathroom . With the air handler in corner closet , this is a very noisy room and would not cool if the door was closed. The beds were all atrocious. Hard with squeaky mattress box-spring combo. Only slightly better than a GI cot. We all noted and commented on the poor cleaning. Black stains and dust (mold) around ceiling registers. Shelf tops greasy. IN SHORT this unit should be rated a two bedroom of modest condition.
