This cozy modern condo in the heart of downtown Durango is sure to please. It's the perfect spot to access any activity you wish to take advantage of during your Durango visit. No need to ever lug your belongings upstairs, this unit is accessible via an elevator. The unit also has two well lit dedicated parking spots located in the lot below. Enjoy the views from your own expansive private deck or kick back indoors with the massive sliders open wide while taking in the breeze and relaxing in this brand new custom pad. Looking for a peaceful nights rest? This is your place. The unit also has brand new beds and linens. Don't feel like cooking? Just walk out your door and hit up one of the many restaurants that downtown Durango has to offer. Or choose to stay in and enjoy the beautiful fully stocked custom kitchen. Living is easy at this location. Come check it out!

Located downtown, and only one block off of main street. We are above 2nd Ave Sports where you can rent bicycles, or ski gear.

**Parking Lot cannot accommodate oversize vehicles like RV's and Motor homes. Our parking spaces are 20 feet long. There is free parking in the neighborhood behind the building and free city parking on the weekends. **

The best place in town

This is the second time we have stayed here. It is by far the best and easy walking to every restaurant and shop.

Christmas Reunion

Great location! Walking distance to downtown attractions. Ample parking and easy access to condo. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. Great size for 6 adults. Wonderful primary bedroom. The outside patio was extremely large and has a wonderful view! We will definitely consider this condo for our next trip to Durango.

75th Birthday Celebration

We stayed at this beautiful property to celebrate my 75th birthday and it was perfect! Check in info was timely and detailed making the process seamless. The property itself was upscale and spotless, beds were very comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. Being on the third floor, the west and south facing views are amazing. The sunsets were gorgeous off the large deck with comfortable furniture to rest on after an active day. I highly recommend this beautiful property. We will certainly be back!

Awesome Condo in Great Location

We couldn't have asked for anything more. This condo is a very spacious, modern property where the owners spared no expense when building. The last thing I want to do on vacation is cook but, if that's what you want to do, the kitchen was more well-stocked than any condo we have stayed in before. Comfortable furnishings, a large private balcony with awesome views, and a very short walk to the train station and all the restaurants and shops on Main Street made this the perfect location for our Durango vacation. We highly recommend the property and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Property

One of our favorite VRBO properties that we've stayed at. Owners were quick to respond, the location is perfect, parking is easy, and the view and condo are amazing. Will definitely try to stay here the next time we're in Durango.

Durango get away

This was the perfect rental for our family. 3 bdrms and 2 bathrooms accommodated my family of 4 plus my brother and sister in law. Great hosts with great communication. Perfect location.

Wonderful location, near restaurants and historic downtown. Kitchen well equipped. Very comfortable for six adults. Amazing views from living room and wrap-around balcony. Would stay again.

Spacious modern condo

The location downtown in Durango is excellent, and communication with the owners was fast and easy. Great parking, large deck with fabulous views, comfy furniture, well-stocked kitchen, close to all the restaurants, shops, and even the river trail. Great stay!

Million Dollar Highway Motorcycle Ride

Communication is key when renting a property from a private owner. From the very start of my search the host responded to every question I had in a timely manner. The property itself was VERY NICE. It was clean and had everything you could possibly need. The location was in Historic Durango only 2-blocks from the Durango-Silverton train Station.That being said you do hear the train horns in the early morning, not a big deal unless you want to sleep in. The condo is located above the Bicycle Shop and the owner of the shop is the owner of the condo. He was very nice and gave us tips on where to dine. He also gave us advice on riding our motorcycles up Million Dollar Hwy. He was very helpful as were the other employees of the shop. I will definitely book their property when I am back in the area.

Would stay nowhere else!

Condo was within easy walking distance of great restaurants, shopping and for our purposes, riding the train. Elevator was great for elderly family members. Kitchen was very well stocked and condo was immaculately clean. Beds very comfortable. Finally, the view from the balcony was unbeatable. Have stayed in a lot of VRBO's and this beat them all for having everything you need, location and cleanliness.

Best location in downtown Durango

This condo is contingently located above second avenue sports, and is proximate to all the downtown activity. We loved the comfort of the floor plan with a large view deck outside. The host was always available for our needs & responded quickly. The staff at the bike shop was very friendly, and knowledgeable about Durango trails and activities. We would like to stay hear again in the future.
