This property is a great location for all Durango area attractions. It is located one block off of Historic Main Avenue making it a convenient walk to restaurants, shops, galleries and the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train.

There are two parking spots for the unit as well as an elevator to make it quick and easy to get to the 3rd floor. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen, high quality appliances, bedding and a deck with a view. The deck is complete with a dining table for enjoying your morning coffee before the day starts or for a sunset dinner. If you are staying for a while, there are a full size washer and dryer in the condo available for your use as well.

The location is one of the best in town. You are about 5 minutes walking distance to the train station and Main Ave. It's only a 30 minute drive to Purgatory ski resort for winter and summer activities. Mesa Verde National Park is 45 minute drive to the west.

If you are into recreation, the condo is conveniently located above 2nd Ave Sports, a full bike and ski shop. There you can rent bikes, skis, or just get local trail information. There are also bike hooks in the hallway entrance to the condo if you are bringing your bike and want to make sure it is secure when you are not using it.

Such a great place!

This penthouse was so spacious and comfortable! And very nicely updated! The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere basically. We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice Condo, Great location

The condo is as shown; clean, fairly spacious, and well appointed. Nice kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedrooms were very quiet at night. The location could not be better, you can park your car at the condo and walk almost anywhere in old town Durango. I would definitely rent again.

This condo is in a fabulous location in the community of Durango. The location offers walkability to downtown for dining, shopping & art galleries. The train to Silverton is just 3 blocks away. We felt very safe and it offers secure parking. I would highly recommend this property. It is great for 2 couples and a small family. There are other condos in the building that offer opportunity for extended families. Very nicely decorated and well appointed.

Great location

Spotlessly clean condo located upstairs from the bicycle shop right down town Durango - walk to everything. Light, bright and airy. We enjoyed our stay. Zero communication from property manager despite a question or two - but all in all a good condo.

Close to town

Great location.Walking distance to everything downtown. If you take the Silverton/Cascade train you walk to the station. Very clean and has all the amenities in the kitchen to cook a family dinner. I wish there was a grill on the very large patio. Also, if there was lock inside the apartment to give a little more comfort. Never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Durango Location

This was our 2nd stay at this property and if we ever make it back to Durango we will definitely stay here again. If you want to be close to downtown the location can't be beat.

Fabulous Stay

We absolutely loved this property. It was very clean and comfortable and looked even better than the photos. We loved that the two en-suite bedrooms are at opposite ends of each other and provide extra privacy. Half bath and laundry facilities were also very convenient. On site parking was a definite plus! The location is perfect with all of downtown Durango right outside the door. We had some train buffs and they loved walking out early to see the morning trains take off. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Durango. Highly recommend!

Great location

Condo is in a great location. Walked to different restaurants every night for dinner. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the condo which was not what we expected after a long day of traveling. This is a staple of any hotel or rental and should be included. Otherwise, the condo had everything and was clean and very roomy, Better patio furniture would have been nice. The speakers in the ceiling and direct tv were a nice touch. We would stay here again.

Elevator dilemma

The condo is just as described and lovely. However, a storm blew thru Durango and knocked the power out to the city. We were at a restaurant when the power went out, we had not yet had our meal. We headed back to the condo, upon arrival the lights had come back on in town, however the elevator would not work. I sent a communication via VRBO to the owner who did not reply to the note. We walked around town hoping the elevator would start to work, when we returned it still did not work. At this point I called the property manager/owner who answered and said she was at a function but would be right there. I inquired if there was a stairwell we could reach our condo and she said there was but they would need to come and unlock it. About 30 minutes later she contacted me and said they couldn't reach anyone to fix the elevator and would be over. After another 20 or 30 minutes she arrived but said her husband had to go home to get the key and would be coming back. After another 20 or so minutes he arrived and opened the stairwell for us. The stairwell was also used it appears as a storage area for their shop and was a little difficult to use. Later that night I received a note saying that it appeared a button was malfunctioning on the elevator and someone would help us with our luggage if we had not left by 10 (check out time). I cannot imagine what would of happened had there been a fire OR children in the condo when the power went out as there was no backup plan.

Amazing apartment. Beautifully decorated, higher end fixtures and finishes. On-site parking and easy entry. Easy checkout. Perfect location, walk a couple blocks to downtown for restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Fall trip to Durango & Santa Fe

Condo was sparkling clean, lots of windows, and very comfortable. Great layout for 2 couples with extra sofa beds if needed in the spacious open concept living area. Perfect location one block off the Main Street and lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice balcony to sit outside with Mountain View. Kitchen was outstanding with gas stove and griddle. First class amenities and fully stocked with laundry detergent and shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Easy check in/out and one of best Vrbo rentals we have experienced. Would definitely recommend to friends & family and certainly would book again.

Perfect place to stay in Durango

This condo was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and super comfortable. Bed was great, living room furniture was nice. We didn’t use extra bedroom but it was very nice also. We felt so at home in it we ended up staying home for dinner each night! The owners do a great job in keeping this condo maintained. The bike shop down below is staffed with really nice people who were all helpful. Alli does a great job with checkin and was there whenever we had questions. Thanks for letting us use this great condo.

This condo can't be beaten in location as it is right on the corner of a great part of Durango. Also, the folks who manage it are very cool because they are also running a top-notch bike shop downstairs. Finally, the who of the process of check-in/out was very professional and well done. I'd stay here again for sure.

Great, quiet location.

Perfect spot for cyclists to stay, as well as anyone wanting a private apartment off Main Ave. The instructions to enter were perfect and we were happy the AC was already on when we checked in. This was especially nice. The gas range is any chef's dream and we wish we stayed longer to use it more. Overall, good stay and peaceful. Close enough to walk many places. Check out Anarchy brewing down the road.
