everything was very nice. a very nice location with lots of trees and privacy. the only thing i heard was the river. easy access to gunnison and the mountains. i'll never forget how much i enjoyed the stay.

Property was perfect for our family vacation. The close proximity to Gunnison is very handy, yet property has access to the Gunnison River. Hosts were very responsive. Would definitely book again!

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a quiet place outside of town with lots of outdoor space to spread out, and phenomenal river access.

Great Property!

Home is in a very quiet, secluded location, which happened to also be the perfect location for us (close to our event). Very comfortable, and the property manager and owner were very flexible and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay!

This lovely home is set in the middle of nature along the Gunnison River, and we absolutely loved it! The home is spacious,clean, and well-supplied. Excellent communication from the property manager made our arrival and departure stress-free. We appreciate all that this Gunnison home has to offer, and we hope to return and create more memories!

Back for a 2nd time!

We love this place! Great location - private but minutes from town, plenty of room for everyone, always clean, lots of kitchen pots/pans/utensils - wonderful! The owner and manager are super helpful and nice, hightly recommend!

Gunnlon getaway

This comfortable and peaceful home was a perfect place to relax and to come back to after a day of hiking and site seeing. It was well stocked with necessities and communication with the host was timely and easy. Will recommend to friends and family!

Perfect in so many ways!

Six of us (parents + adult children and spouses) stayed here during Cattlemen’s Days and the rodeos. Perfect spot: close enough to town to enjoy the fun but far enough away to relax with a fire, no crowds, and a dip in the river! Well stocked with necessities and a working kitchen; plenty of room for all of us to hang together but also enjoy time to ourselves. Hope to be back soon!

Labor Day Get Away!

Great spot. Did a couple of floats and the location is great and room for two trailered boats. Neat property. Heavily wooded with a great lawn for games. Saw bear scat but no bears! Fire pit was really nice too. Wifi was strong and the house was clean and had all the “stuff” one needs for a weekend of fun.

Perfect vacation spot in Gunnison!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It's a short, 5 minute drive outside of Gunnison on a private wooded lot - we saw deer several times during our stay! Home is spacious, beds and baths are comfortable and clean, and the amenties were amazing! The best stocked kitchen ever, lots of supplies, games for the kids and TV entertainment. The host and manager went ABOVE and beyond to accomodate us when a minor item wan't working, and were super responsive. Highly recommend staying in this home ~ we'll be back!

Great holiday vacation!

We spent 5 days as a family at this location and will definitely be back. The booking was easy, communication was friendly, the location was beautiful! The home was comfortable for our family with plenty of space and dog friendly made it perfect for us. Not sure it’s mentioned in the post but there is a double oven that made cooking for the holidays so much easier! The pictures represent it well, not fancy, but clean and has everything you need!

Peaceful retreat

The best thing about staying at this property is that my dogs were welcome and comfortable. I enjoyed watching them run in the Creek and watching my grandkids on the swing. Least favorite thing was starting the laundry because I tend to get into cleaning mode and I didn’t want to be in that mode. I wanted to not stress and relax even on my way out the door. Overall decent place to stay if you don’t want to be in the center of it all-if you want peace and quiet and fires at night this is your place.

This was our second stay at this wonderful property, and it will not be our last! The home is spacious -- inside and out. Lots of room in the (well-stocked!) kitchen and family areas, and outside is a big yard (which our 4-year-old granddaughter loved), and the Gunnison River just beyond. We really appreciated our host, Alain, who was great. He touched base with us upon check-in, during the week to be sure we had everything we needed, and also at check-out. I also really appreciated being well-stocked with the essentials. Thank you!!! We have stayed in rentals that included 1/2 roll of paper towels, a couple of rolls of t.p., and a bottle of dish soap filled with some 3/4 inches of watered-down bubbles. And that was supposed to last a week?! I really appreciate and respect that we were welcomed and so well cared-for.

Secluded retreat

We fished the Gunnison area and enjoyed returning to this property at the end of each day. The fire pit was nice and we liked walking down to the river. Well equipped kitchen. Very private.

Great getaway

This was a great spot to unplug and relax. Close enough that town was an easy drive and far enough to be quiet when we were there. Good river access and plenty of space.

Great quiet getaway!!

This is a perfect getaway if you’re looking for peace and quiet (with the sounds of the river and the trees)!!! It feels like you’re in another world yet a few miles from Gunnison and minutes to the true wilderness!

The property worked out great for us. We really loved that it had river access so we could easily float duckies with the kids! We had a lot of fun.

Quiet Hideaway

Perfect property with complete privacy and seclusion but yet very close to town. It was the best of both worlds. I would highly recommend staying at this rental. It is not a brand new home but it didn't need to be it had everything we needed.

Great location for guys fishing trip

Clean, comfortable, exactly as depicted. This is the second time that we have stayed in this house and it suited a group of 6 fly fishermen just great. Well equipped with the necessities including spices and even enough food to get by if truly pressed for one meal. Highly recommended.
