Welcome to Unit 103!
This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

Our beach vacation condo rental located is on the non-driving section of New Smyrna Beach Florida.
One bedroom with king bed has a TV like the living room and extra sleeping in the living room with 2 futons.
Take a walk on the beach in the morning and take in the great restaurants in the evening.

This condo does NOT have a view or patio, but you are steps away from the pool and sun terrace to enjoy the view.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. There is an app operated washer and dryer on each floor.

Get away

The condo was perfect. Right on the beach, great pool area, friendly guests and the Condo had every convenience you might want or need. It was a great stay

Enjoyed it

30 seconds from door to beach/heated pool, nice to be so close. Unit has everything, very comfortable. NSB area has a lot to offer for an extended stay.

Relaxing Vacation

Overall it was all we needed. Even though this condo doesn’t have an outside patio but that is clearly stated. You don’t need one you walk out your door and around the corner is the pool and the ocean. We enjoyed it very much !

NSB

A perfect unit for the 2 of us for a quick 3- day visit to the area. Association pool and close proximity to the beach were key! The unit was older but nicely appointed and clean. I was concerned how close the parking lot was but it actually made it so nice to load in and load out. Great host!

Cute condo

The only complaint was the recliners that were broken. They would not go back in place once reclined. Hard for old people to get out of. It would have been nice to have a Kuerig as was stated. The price was fair but next time would like an ocean view. Cate is very easy to work with checkin and out was fast and easy.

Thank you for your review Marilyn! We checked the unit's recliners and didn't have an issue getting them to recline and set back upright. Perhaps the covers on them got stuck in the recliner?? Regardless thank you for making us aware in case others have the same issue. We'll let the owner know there is no longer a Kuerig in the unit and will adjust the description until it's replaced. An ocean view unit is definitely a nice added bonus and we have plenty for your to choose for your next visit. Appreciate you and thank you again for unit info.

Nice Getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be on the first floor and close to the pool. The kids loved the heated pool. However, we thought there was a hot tub. It was actually a kiddie pool. The area had recently suffered much damage from the hurricane. The house next door was literally missing the entire front and beds and other items falling/hanging out. The worse part was the smoke alarm was going off for 36hrs and we had to listen to the annoying beeping while at the beach and pool. I realize it was not part of the condo and out of there control. It was just really annoying!

Please let us know how we can improve for you to give us 5 stars next time. :) ... and yes, the alarm going off in the damaged home next store was beyond annoying for us all. We actually contacted the fire dept and the police dept to go over there to make it stop, but they said there was nothing they could do. :/ Thankfully a "friend" was able to handle the situation and FINALLY put it to an end. haha Hope you'll come back to enjoy our property and this time without that darn alarm going off 24/7. haha

Comfy place with pool and beach just steps away..

Comfy one bedroom condo (also has two futons) that's perfect for anyone who wants to have a pool, beach access, and great views while sunbathing on pool deck. We wanted to be out and about... not sitting on a balcony. Great price and location and a fun area to explore.

condo stay

the condo was fine 4 stars. we just got hit with mother nature. The weather unseasonally cold but better than Wis. All in all was a saw a lot visited friends
