Relax on the balcony and enjoy one of the most beautiful view's on earth. It is such a beautiful spot that many weddings take place right across the street at Berwick Park. Enjoy taking a walk along the path along side the ocean. Monterey Aquarium and the Outlets are a five to ten-minute walk. (Holidays are 3 night minimum) I have a "Beach Gear" section in the gurst room closest. I have beach towels, boogie board, bucket & shovel, beach umbrella, beach bags, beach blankets. Enjoy the beach!

The Beach House is decorated by an Interior Designer and has a feeling of relaxation and comfort. It has a Nautical and Beach theme. It has wonderful thick Egyptian towels and high count sheets and linens. The electric towel warmer is great especially in the Winter months. The fireplace facing the oceanview is a perfect place to enjoy a book. It is a true place of relaxation.

It has a full kitchen with all of the latest equipment. If you cook, you can enjoy the best views in Monterey or if you go out, there are wonderful restaurants walking distance to Cannery Row.

Great Location. The apt feels like staying in an older relative's home. A few things don't work, like windows don't open and curtain pulls are broken. There are lots of chachkas on all the surfaces that reflect the owner's taste and notes telling you not to move the items. That said, the place feels welcoming and we had a wonderful stay. There is a beautiful deck overlooking the water and the location couldn't be better.

Beautiful property right across from the Bay

Came down to celebrate a friend's birthday and were delighted by the property. Proximity to Cannery row and downtown were excellent, unit was charming and the perfect size for our group of 4. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.Couldn't get enough of the view! Would happily come back

Great Location!!

Short stay at this property but it is in a great location close to many things and the parking was easy. Very cute property and would definitely stay here again!!

Anniversary Getaway

We loved staying at Sally's place. It's very close to a lot of amenities and within walking distance. My husband proposed to me at Lover's Point 11 years ago and we wanted to come back for our 10 year anniversary with our 2 young sons to show them where it essentially all began. The house has a beautiful view overlooking the ocean, my husband and I loved sitting on the patio drinking a bottle of wine. It provides what you need to cook, eat, shower and sleep. We definitely want to come back!

Celebration of 80th birthday

My sister, sister inlaw, myself rented the perfect house in the perfect location to celebrate our moms 80th birthday. The memories will be cherished forever. Thank you so very much. Waking up having coffee every morning on the patio looking at the ocean and hearing the waves was breathtaking.

Perfect Location

Beautiful view and perfect location! We loved that we could enjoy a morning walk to coffee/breakfast. My teen boys walked to the aquarium to enjoy. Such a relaxing setting! The condo was as listed, so no complaints from us. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Location is tops!

Across the street from the ocean and a few minutes walk to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Plenty of safe parking- and free! Sally was a fine hostess, easy access at the appointed time. The kitchen could use a second look though, the dishes, glasses, plates and mugs are worn out and mismatched and there wasn’t a decent knife to be found. That said, we still had a great time.

This location was fantastic, we walked everywhere. Loved visiting the aquarium which we would probably would not have not done if Sally didn’t provide passes. The views were wonderful, the condo had everything we needed and Sally went above and beyond to return an item we inadvertently left behind. Would stay here again.

Great views!

We had a very comfortable stay here. Me, hubby and our two friends stayed here for the Monterey Bay Half marathon weekend. The property was in a fabulous location and had great views! Check in and parking easy. The condo itself has comfy couches and beds were comfy too but did squeak a bit! The kitchen and bathrooms was well equipped. Sally has a lot of notes around for helpful hints. We didn’t find batteries for the fire remote but we didn’t really need it except maybe we would have used one night. I saw the mixed reviews but for us, we wanted something cozy with a view and close to race course so it fit our needs. It is not modern, it’s cozy so set your expectations!

Weather knocked our the internet, so we had to trek home to see the game, and miss our last day. The setting is beautiful, and the of TV really was not missed until Sunday :(

Could be better

The location is amazing. The unit is very cluttered and feels lived in. The shower in the main bath had a major leak which sprayed water on everything in the bathroom. There was an exposed outlet that was for the garbage disposal thst didnt work so the sink would back up constantly. The windows were very dirty amd had bird poo on them. The couches were dirty. Again it feels like the owner just popped out for our stay and left all personal belongings. The location is amazing and we loved the area. The unit needs some TLC and deep cleaning.

Disgusting

Absolutely disgusting! Knickknacks everywhere, old towels and sheets. Place smelled like BO. Just Very gross. Left early and would never go back. The owner needs to refund me for that disappointing stay.

Beach-front Escape Just as Advertised

Location could not have been better. Quiet neighborhood, oceanfront view, close to downtown. Amenities were great -- this is a very nice-sized condo. There were two couples in our group -- each bedroom was nice sized, with a bathroom for each, well-laid-out floorplan for kitchen, living room and dining area, plus an outdoor balcony with table and grill and more oceanfront view. The one suggestion we have for anyone staying there is that when the weather is warm, the place heats up during the day, so opening the windows to let the breeze in while you are there and at night while sleeping is a must. But the breeze does it -- no need for air conditioning! Really a perfect spot and nice accommodations -- we would stay here again! Thank you to host Sally!
