All the comforts of home! Located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort, our villa is beautifully decorated and located in the tennis villas, building B, on the FIRST floor over-looking a lagoon.

Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with hair dryers) and accommodates 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with TV and the second bedroom has two FULL size beds with a TV as well. In addition to comfortable seating, the family room also has a NEW queen sleeper sofa. NEW flooring in both bedrooms, NEW 55 inch Smart TV in living room, NEW HVAC. All sheets and towels are supplied so just bring your beach towels! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. We even have a crock pot so you can cook while sun bathing on the beach! And FREE Wifi for those of us who need to stay connected. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a beach cart for your convenience. Inquire about our SNOWBIRD SPECIALS!!

This beachfront resort has many amenities to offer including an ocean front Olympic-size swimming pool with a kiddie pool. For those who are sports oriented, complimentary tennis, pickleball, basketball and fitness center are included in your stay. And if you are bringing little ones, the playground, is a great place to entertain them. The onsite bike rental is very convenient for those of us who prefer bike trails to traffic. Onsite restaurants include, Jamaica Joe’s Beach Bar, Gator’s Pizza and Coconutz Sports Bar. This resort has everything you need right on site for a wonderful family vacation.

Very nice but loud

The property was excellent.The only problem was you could hear everything upstairs was doing.At times it sounded like a herd of horses walking around.

First trip to HHI

The condo was exactly as described but had more room than expected from the pictures and very clean. Our group consisted of adults and one teenager. The staff were always courteous and friendly. Marc was excellent in responding quickly to any questions I had and was very helpful in communicating with the cleaners when we arrived earlier than expected and was able to get us into the condo at an earlier time. There were plenty of starter items in the condo that were helpful. The check in process was super easy and hassle free. This was our first vacation ever in Hilton Head and we have already recommended this condo to some of our friends. Would definitely stay again!

Hilton Head Beach&Tennis

This is a great location for families. This condo looks out on the lagoon on property. Quiet location and condo has a nice supply of chairs with wagon for short walk to beach. Condo is comfortable and has a fairly complete kitchen but with three places to eat onsite and some of the best restaurants around, we never cook!!

Great Location!

We stayed the week prior to Memorial Day weekend—husband, myself and our two adult children. We did take day trips to Charleston and Savannah but found our stay in Hilton Head wonderful. The location is great, making it so easy to get everywhere. Loved the beach! We did see the alligator one morning as we overlooked the pond. The condo had everything we needed—soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Bring your own K-cups. Everything in the kitchen worked. Beds were comfortable and air worked great after a day out in the humidity. No aches and pains from the beds—would definitely stay here again. The week prior to the weekend was great—not too many people. It did get crazy starting Friday with all of the holiday visitors.

Mother's Day Weekend Get-Away

The property looked exactly as advertised. Our condo was perfect. It was stocked with everything needed to enjoy a stay away from home. Our host was easy to contact and provided us with all the details required to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect. The grounds were very well kept. Our condo was in the rear and faced a pond where we woke up each morning to the alligators. The setting was so peaceful and serene. My group was 2 couples and either of us would definitely recommend. We would also stay again.

Exactly what was listed, beautiful and easy location. Fantastic value! Kitchen was well equipped.

We biked at the forest preserve in harbor town, travelled to Beaufort for a day and had a wonderful walking guided tour, spent time on the beach and played pickleball with very friendly residents. Checking in was a little tricky, some sort of miscommunication but Marc was incredibly quick to respond. We would definitely rent this again. GREAT TIME!

Would definitely return

The resort is wonderful! Our unit, which was in the Tennis Villas, building B, overlooked the lagoon. It was very quiet and we enjoyed the resident alligator and the crane and pelican that we could see from our balcony. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was great having the beach chairs and beach cart. Our host was quick to respond when our smoke detector needed replacing.

Great end of Summer vacation

We had a great time, the property was a great location with a good bit of parking. It was a short trip to walk to the beach. Not overly crowded great staff on site.

Our Favorite Place

This is the 3rd., stay at the Condo. We keep coming back because Marc makes it So Easy. All I can say is..Location, Location and Location. See you next year.
