Experience the peace, beauty, and loveliness of this home on a large lot set off from a quiet street with a big yard. This home, located on desirable Easton's Point, is minutes walk from Second Beach (with surfing), one mile from First/Easton's Beach, and 1.5 miles from Sachuest National Wildlife Refuge, Norman Bird Sanctuary and extensive hiking trails. Minutes drive from fine dining and shopping in historic downtown Newport, this home is an ideal location to enjoy the shore while offering a secluded and expansive place to rest and play. Recent renovations were completed to the master bedroom and master bathroom, the upstairs bathroom, and the outdoor shower. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom (but not in the common areas). Additionally, there are ceiling fans on the second floor and window fans on the first floor.

Third time’s a charm

This is the third time we have stayed and we would definitely be back again. The property itself remains outstanding and we can see the care, updates and upgrades (new TV, solar panels, etc.) made to the home over the years we have been coming. However, what makes this property truly exceptional is Pamela, whose welcoming demeanor has made each visit feel like we are coming back home. Highly recommended!

Fabulous house

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Middletown/Newport RI! The weather was beautiful for the last week in October. We were there for my son’s wedding and this property was perfect for our family and dogs. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive to my many questions and gave great recommendations for restaurants. We even had visits from 2 turkeys! Second beach was so peaceful and found tons of unique shells. Purgatory Chasm was so cool to see! Would definitely rent again!

Liz and Sam’s wedding 2023

The house and the property were beautiful. The host was phenomenal. She is a great communicator and very accommodating. We had a beautiful wedding celebration and this house played a huge role in the celebration. I would not only recommend it, but I would rent it again! 5star plus experience!

Beautiful property in an ideal location

We were in town for a family wedding in Newport and this was the perfect spot for those of us who traveled from out of state and locals who wanted to be closer to the venue. House is exactly as advertised. Comfortable, clean, well stocked, beautiful outdoor space, quiet location. There are some good eating spots nearby if you don’t want to go into the main area of Newport. Property manager was friendly, very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place in Newport area

The home is great. Lots of space within the home and with a large backyard. Walking distance (less than a mile) to Second Beach and Flo’s Clam Shack. Also very quiet. Highly recommend this place.
