Great location, great layout for our family with two boys. They also provided a lot of extras like boogie boards and snorkels, masks, fins, coolers all which made the trip much easier. We didn’t have to worry about going to the beach and whether or not we’d have chairs or an umbrella or a cooler or anything. Pool has a wonderful view and great place to unwind after a busy day.

Wonderful stay!

The property was amazing! Everything was just right and we especially loved the balcony. The kids really enjoyed the beach toys and were sad to leave.

Nice, clean, and spacious. Beautifully updated master bath and excellent location. It was a little far for some in our group to walk to town but there’s a coffee shop just next door and we enjoyed their smoothies. There’s also a beach walking distance. Love that the pool is saltwater. We saw whales one morning from the lanai so we walked down to the pool for a better view. Overall great stay and we’d definitely stay there again.

Great stay, as usual.

My family has returned to the 2BR upstairs condo at Kona Shores nearly every Christmas for 20 years. We continue to enjoy our stays. The recent interior remodel has improved the experience.

Excellent property

This was in the perfect location; walking distance to town.We enjoyed to pool. The sunset from this location was great. We hope to get back again soon - would stay longer than the 4 weeks we stayed this year!

Family vacation

We had a great time at the rental. Very roomy with a nice big balcony. Unit was well equipped for everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Very relaxing stay

Loved our big lanai. It was quite and relaxing and we spent a lot of time just enjoying being able to sit on the lanai and relax and read. Something we can’t do in Alaska this time of year.

Condo was large, clean and comfortable. Very well stocked with everything you might need. Great coffee place a 5 min walk away. The pool & patio are was the perfect spot to watch the sunsets but the condo lanai was the highlight of our stay. Just perfect!

Nice condo great location

Grandma and grandpa with 2 granddaughters. 2 bedrooms with private bath in each. Convenient to Kona and to beaches. Kids biked to town and visited the pool everyday. Great sunsets.

Kona

This was a great location for our 3 week stay. Close to Kona, with lots of shops. Nice view of the ocean. The wrap-around porch was so nice; we ate our meals out there every day. The condo is a bit dated, and is in need of minor repairs, but all-in-all, we were very happy with the accommodations.

Sweet corner unit

This place is huge! Very clean and nicely updated plus all stocked up - I love it when VRBO's have the correct coffee filters and ziplock bags. It's the little things.

Girls trip

THIS WAS THE PERFECT STAY! Only regret was I didn’t book two weeks. Exactly as described. Picturesque lanai. Well stocked. Clean. Convenient to everything. Host was super responsive. High recommend!
