The condo was just what I was looking for--oceanfront with ample lanai seating to watch the beautiful sunsets and surfers. Very quiet. Lots of free parking. AC and fans kept the unit very comfortable during an unusually hot and humid spell. Unit includes everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. Location is close to Keauhou Shopping Center for groceries, restaurants, entertainment, beaches and also Kailua Kona "downtown" area with more restaurants and shops. My visit had several complications and last minute changes but Mike was always quick to respond and to accommodate me. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfy, fully stocked condo with easy to use appliances. Snorkel gear and kids games very helpful. Nice location, easy parking. Great communication with host.

Mike, The condo was very nice. The dishwasher racks should be replaced. The kitchen drawers were difficult to open and close. But we were able to manage. The view was perfect. Thank you for renting to us. Joan

Thank you for the review. We had already accepted a quote to replace all the kitchen drawers, since they sometimes stick. I'm sorry they weren't replaced before your stay. Thank you for letting me know about the dishwasher racks. They will be replaced immediately.

Overall great location - the lanai and view is beautiful. The home is well stocked with plenty of extras. The unit and overall complex is a bit outdated and unkept in areas. (Specifically garage areas, condo was musty smelling, drawers, pull out bed, and dishwasher could all be replaced). Out of the control of the owner was every day/frequent weed smoking by a nearby neighbor - that unfortunately was always near our unit. The unit was not what we had planned for - but we enjoyed our time and spent a lot of it exploring the island. Appreciated the hosts responsive communication.

Our condo complex is a total no-smoking property. If someone smells marijuana, there is a 24/7 phone number to notify staff so they can address smoking or any violation of the house rules. The dishwasher racks have some rusty spots. It is more expensive to replace the racks then buying a new dishwasher, so it will be replaced in October. Using the AC continuously can make the unit smell musty; we leave the doors and windows open, and AC off, when we are there.

Mike’s condo was great. It was clean and had amazing views from the lanai. We enjoyed the sunsets every day. We never needed the AC since we left the glass doors open to the master bedroom and living room and ocean breeze kept everything cool. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was an amazing condo. The views of the ocean were exactly what was shown in the pictures. Location was perfect. Mike was prompt in answering all of my questions. We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed here for 5 nights with our family of four and we loved the unit. Our favorite was the view from the balcony and proximity to local farmers markets. Kids loved playing on the rocks. We stayed here during the Kona storm and lost power for about half a day but really appreciated all the supplies in the unit from flashlights to coolers to the beach chairs. Lovely property and excellent host, very responsive to all our questions!

View, location, amenities and lanai!!Loved that the previous guests left water and sodas for us. We were only there for 2 nites so it’s all a blur But we felt safe and comfortable,And love love loved the lanai!!And the local area as well.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is great, the view is breathtaking, and anything you could possibly want, they have here. We were absolutely in love with this place. Mike, the host, was also very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. We will definitely be back one day!

I stayed in Mike’s beautiful condo with my 16 and 19 year old grandsons and their mother. It was perfect. Being so close to the ocean and hearing the waves was a special treat. Each morning, when the tide was out, my 16 year old and his mother explored the tide pools right outside. We all saw at least one sea turtle. Mike was a terrific host, always responsive to questions and gave us very good recommendations for restaurants, excursions, shopping, etc. We cooked in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed eating on the lanai.Everything was Great! Mahalo. Mike.

The condo was as described and very well appointed. Plenty of kitchen and bath items. The lanai was gorgeous and the community was relaxed/quiet. Great accessibility and ample parking. AC kept things cool for us but there were plenty of ocean breezes as well.
