Rental is in a nice area right next to ocean. The beach was not suitable for swimming but it's was great place to watch the sunset and wave action. We were able to watch the canoe races right from our lanai. 2nd bedroom was a little warm.

Beautiful ocean views from the condo and pool! Great location! Plenty of parking spaces. Good breakfast place within walking distance (located at the entrance of the property). Walmart plus delivery made traveling light possible. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained. Patrick and Jennifer were amazing host, with a beautiful and well maintained condo. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. My family and I will definitely be back.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay overall — the balcony view was a highlight, and we made good use of the beach accessories provided. The location wasn’t very walkable, though we did walk to Huggo’s for dinner one night (and got rained on coming back).A few downsides: the unit could’ve been cleaner (some small insects in the kitchen and one bedroom), the outdoor furniture was rusted and uncomfortable so we ate inside instead, and there was a musty smell at check-in that cleared by evening. Overall, a good stay.

My family and I really enjoyed the stay. Great location and view from the balcony. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. It had everything we needed. Communication was amazing as well.

The entire condo was comfy and perfect for us while we explored Hawaii. Everything was clean and well cared for. Entry and exit was easy. Additional amenities like beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, beach umbrella were a plus. The oceanfront view was spectacular.

We loved the location of this place. So easy to navigate and close to lots of amazing places. It had everything we needed. No need to pack much to vacation here. We loved whale watching from the lanai. The dolphins were a bonus.We love to golf and we were minutes from the Kona Country Club. And Green Flash Coffee was a big bonus. The sunsets were amazing and the most beautiful rainbow. Perfect vacation place.

Great place to stay. Had tons of beach supplies and everything you could need to have a good time without the hassle of renting or buying your own. Kitchen was also stocked with everything you need. The view is incredible, on the sunset side of the island so you get to watch the sunset over the ocean every night.

Nice quite place for the family

A great space for our family of four. It was fully stocked for all our needs, including toys, chairs, boogie boards, etc. for beach fun as well!

Amazing Ocean and Sunset view

This property has everything you can think of for a beach vacation. Also has amazing views of the ocean and Sunset. Conveniently located down the street from all of the Kailua-Kona restaurants and shops.

Great place to stay

The view from this place is incredible. True oceanfront and beautiful sunset views. The a/c was great and the unit was stocked with everything we needed. The beach toys and chairs were particularly helpful as we ventured out for the day. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing condo and location

We loved staying in this beautifully maintained condo right on the water with an amazing view! The owner was responsive with all of our questions and needs. Perfect location to access Kona shopping and restaurants. Our family enjoyed every minute!

Amazing views and quiet condo

The views are worth the stay in its self! The condo is in a great location within 10 minutes of anything in Kona. Condo itself is very clean and quiet. The owners provide everything you need for your stay. I would recommend staying here again.
