We're sorry the fan was not working during the heat wave and understand how uncomfortable that must have been. Had we known, our team would have replaced it during your stay. Our operations team will inspect the wobbly bed frame, as well as address the shower curtain. We will also have the home treated for pests. This is a historic upper residence, and the listing notes both the shared garage laundry and lack of A/C. We understand, however, that encountering activity below the home late at night may have been unexpected and unsettling. We’re also sorry the summer heat made your stay uncomfortable. We regret to hear the couch and beds were uncomfortable, and will have our operations team assess the furnishings and bathroom concerns you described.
