We enjoyed our stay very much. Right on the beach and close to a variety of food and places to go explore. It was very clean and our host Ann very responsive.

Gorgeous view and location was incredible. Check in and out went smoothly. We did not do any cooking, but it was nice to enjoy our morning coffee and simple breakfast foods at the large table. Our family of 5 (teens/young adults) really enjoyed our time here. Would recommend!

Our visit was fabulous!!! We love spending time at the branch and this house is a fabulous place to stay!!! This was our second year staying here and it will not be the last!!! We will continue to enjoy the wonderful property and the great management!!! Thanks again for a great vacation!!!

We were here for a week and no regrets with the property we chose for our vacation. The host was amazing and very communicative. Weather was perfect and the location was convenient to a lot of local spots. We will definitely be back

We loved our stay here! We walked to get coffee every morning. Loved how close we were to the beach! The host had everything we needed. The home was so cozy, the extra blankets made us feel right at home. We felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The host had everything extremely clean and fresh smelling.

Amazing location. Great views looking directly at the beach. Having a designated parking spot was appreciated. Great layout of the home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Had a great time! We loved it. We will be back!

We booked the top floor the view was amazing and enjoyed having our coffee every morning looking out at the ocean. Ann’s communication during our stay was superb! We loved our stay so much we booked the bottom level.

This house is just great! Location is perfect for our family and we always have a great time staying here, we have stayed at this home on several occasions and it never disappoints. Ann is the sweetest host and easy to communicate with.

Charming and delightful accommodations!

Lovely accommodations with a lot of amenities. The views were amazing! Very spacious and cozy. We appreciated the location being so close to restaurants and activities. We will definitely stay here again!

Our vacation at Ann’s dreamy ocean-view getaway was absolutely wonderful! The views were breathtaking, and her place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were cozy, and every detail made us feel right at home. We had such a great time, an experience our family will always remember. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing location!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation. We could walk right out to the beach or stroll down to the Balboa Island ferry. So much to do at all times and the view out the windows was absolutely stunning!
