Beachview Rentals was very communicative, and made the process very easy. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was RIGHT on the beach as advertised.

Incredible location right on the sand. Dog friendly we were able to bring our dog and enjoy sipping coffee with our dog fenced in, but can still see over the block wall. It was perfect. Everything was clean and stocked with everything that we could need. Communication was excellent. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

The location makes this property shine. You simply cannot beat having the beach at your doorstep.My only feedback is that the leather couch and chair needs to be cleaned. It should be noted that there is no air-conditioning although opening the windows solves this problem and you can hear the sounds of the ocean, which is great!I would absolutely stay at this property again.

Overall, we enjoyed our week at the beach in this property. Some observations are the furniture inside is old. The sofa is uncomfortable and the chair is old and uncomfortable. The outdoor chairs are rickety and old and need to be replaced. In the kitchen, it was fairly well appointed, but there was a shortage of some of the utensils you would normally expect in a well furnished unit. Finally, the garage door opener was not available to us, so we all every time we came in we had to go into the garage, open the door, and pull in the car, then close the garage, then close the door, then go inside. It would be much easier to be given a portable transponder to open and close the garage door. I realize this could create problems with missing transponders, but for a property of this price, it should be easy and that's what we felt like about the furnishings. They should be top notch for the kind of money we were paying. However, the management was super responsive and we had, as I said, a good stay at the beach

The ocean and beach are literally your backyard. Coffee on the patio in the morning and cocktails on the patio in the evening looking at the beach and ocean, enjoying the amazing sunsets. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and the Newport Beach area in general. Would definitely book it again. Thank you to the hosts for a a fully integrated and seamless process from booking through the entire stay to check out.

Great Views. Good stay. My only comment is that house is small and is in need of some maintenance and Also needs to replace the carpets (rugs) throughout the home they are in need. This being said I’d stay again as the sunsets are worth it.

Great Weekend

Property was perfectly located right on the beach, far enough away from main pier so it felt secluded, but close enough to access shops and dining. Patio was the best part, with chairs and barbecue to entertain guests. Booked this property for a weekend and it did not disappoint

What a great beachfront condo

What a great beachfront condo. This was the second year in a row we stayed here for Super Bowl weekend. We love the location of being right on the sand. The condo is perfect for us as we can also walk to the boardwalk and Uber to restaurants in the area. We look forward to staying here next year.
