If you're looking for the Newport Beach experience, look no further!!! My place is across the street from one of Newport's best surfing beaches and close to great views, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love my place because of beach, neighborhood, and relaxing, carefree lifestyle. My place is great for families, kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone who wants to live the beach life.

My 3bdrm/2bath is newly remodeled with tile floors, new bathrooms, rebuilt kitchen with granite counter tops, recessed lighting, large front furnished patio with BBQ grill, and free washer and dryer facilities on site.

The house is located on the northern part of the Newport Beach peninsula (right by the intersection of orange and PCH). The unique location is home to two (2) of Newport Beach's most famous surf spots (56th st. and the river mouth), several classic restaurants and beach stores, kayaking in the back bay, and offers a more quite and relaxed version of Newport Beach living, while still being within close proximity to all of the action of the southern part of the peninsula.

The unique location allows one to get a great night's sleep, find parking with ease, enjoy the beach, walk or ride a bike to all of the Newport Beach night life, and is within close proximity to both the 405 and 55 freeways for those who work or travel outside of Newport Beach. The neighborhood is also perfect for families with children, as there are many parks and playgrounds within a few blocks walk.

Note: The House is a Duplex where the bottom unit is the one pictured and for rent.

Niceand clean. Short walk to the beach. The property was very modern.Portable Ac in all but one room. That room could definitely use AC.The host was very responsive and answered questions in a timely manner.I would definitely stay at this location again.

We enjoyed our visit! The house was very spacious and clean! The location was perfect. One block from the beach and less than 20 miles to Disney. Leo made the process easy and was attentive.

The house is cozy and the location is perfect. Just one block from the beach.

The experience was great. Leo is an responsive and nice host. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is open without the crowd of other beaches in Newport.

Mixed experience.Pros: location is a 3 min walk to the beach (across a major road); lots of space and a stocked kitchen; generally great overall location near major roads; great cleaning staff and fairly easy communication with the owner. Cons: the actual hard product did not feel consistent with the images. The couches were a bit stinky, the floors and bathrooms were a bit grimy. Not unclean - the cleaning staff is doing their job. Just know that the actual hard product appears older (like a 1992 Ramada Inn without renovation) as compared to the glossy photos on the website. The price was quite high- clearly based on location near beach and technically within Newport. Keep in mind that driving is required for almost all Newport amenities. It's not "in the heart of the action". For all these reasons, not sure if we would rent again. Sorry, but being honest.

Steps from the Ocean – Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the ocean, which made for the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. Parking was super convenient, which made things even easier. We truly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t change a thing. We’ll definitely be back and would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful Stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand. The sound of the waves in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening made this place truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay a breeze. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

Great place, parking, not so much

Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

local get away

The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Very nice and large enough for many people. Close to beach. There were a few minor issues. The master bedroom bathroom door would not close or lock, middle bathroom toilet keeps running, no screen on sliding door. These are minor issues with an easy fix. Still, we had a great time and the owner was communicative and responded quickly to us. We had a great time and would come back. I would very much recommend this place. Thanks for a great vacation!

Really great quieter part of newport right by the beach

First off, Leo was what you think of for a host, attending to any inquiries, a well thought out check in message, knowledgeable about the area, and specifics about the place itself. The space was well designed out, comfortable, super clean, modern, and everything worked well. This location is just a 4 min walk to the beach, and there’s a great coffee place down the street with delicious breakfast burritos. Worth it!

All the doors stick could be due to the ocean, upstairs tenants noisy, beds very squeaky, master bedroom bathroom door doesn’t close, suggest screen door to the patio to avoid flies and sliding door very hard to close. And smoke detector no batteries. Other than that a 3 star rating. Thank you for allowing us to stay
